Usually 200 per unit. I get pretty anal about what my finished product looks like thats why i pay by the hour, id rather people take a little extra time and get every leaf, other then zipping through it and carving the shit out of my buds

It would be a different story if i had to harvest 50-100 pounds, then id be paying peeps by weight

I'm picky too. If they don't do it right I deduct pay. I hate leaf stems left on.

3 yrs ago i had two city girls come up to trim. they were decent, and we hooked up but then my partner got into it with one of them because her dog shit in his room, and it blew up into a huge argument and then she grabbed an axe and he grabbed his shotgun, and they had a mexican standoff in the living room. So the girls left early


if you're gonna hire trimmer chicks to try and hook up with them, make sure nobody is around who will cause drama. i dont recommend it though honestly. better to just look for good workers, and wait until after harvest for fun time.
