Im not too worried. I'm a legal collective and have very good security. Dogs, cameras, lights, sensors, alarms, locks, security doors, safes, and guns. Sounds reasonable. I would say there are a lot more problems with seasonal (trimmer) workers. I could use help on a day or two, but anyone can take care of a decent sized garden. Given, That you are in a legal state. Strike that.....County.

I can't speak to 'managing' a trim crew but I've been part of a handful and every single one has managed itself because the trimmers were focused/motivated.

I just wanna hire girls. Take it how you will. I enjoy working with woman. When I was young I used to be a bus boy for a bunch of really cool woman cocktail servers and bar tenders. Now I would like to teach woman to grow in a safe environment. I respect them. No harassment. I really think there needs to be more woman in the industry, that do more than sell the newest vape pen in a bikini, and hand out dabs at cannabis cup. That's all there is to it.

Considering the amount of tweakers in the emerald triangle this is reasonable. Drug addicts are a risk. Even if they are generally good people, chemical addictions can drive them to do desperate things that even they don't want to do at all, but the pains of withdrawl are almost unbearable. They have my sympathy but they won't work on my operation.

Usually 200 per unit. I get pretty anal about what my finished product looks like thats why i pay by the hour, id rather people take a little extra time and get every leaf, other then zipping through it and carving the shit out of my buds

It would be a different story if i had to harvest 50-100 pounds, then id be paying peeps by weight

Chick's are better for the trim scene. It's really hard to fine reliable ones here in CO.

My help all has to take drug tests. They have to test every single strain or they're fired lol....unless they don't smoke. We have quite a few people who don't smoke.

It's only after you have the bad trim scene experience do you lay down a few rules. It's not corporate bs or whatever. I'm sure I've payed someone or someones to fuck on the clock...now that's double dipping.

It's 40 cents a gr around this way. I'm sure it changes from circle to circle. Hourly doesn't seem as motivating.
