Hey great to see some old faces are still here.

No Wal no Japan....looking a bit Japanesey after all the Sashimi I have eaten but that is about it.

Been busy working on some of my very old Mullum seed. Early Mullum and Oaxacan...pics to come on those later.

I have also been real busy working on my Mendo Girl which is a cross I did in Norcal in the mid 80's between a Norcal Haze and a Norcal skunk....been trying to get a Haze dom plant and at last I think I have her:dance013:
Im going to put her with a couple of very trippy Oaxacan Trance males.
Oh by the way just incase people ask this is strictly my own work.....I made available a Mullum and a Early Mullum Male that has been used in some things.

Here are some pics of the Haze dom female.

Hi Jack.....I did a open pollination of all my strains in 04, something i do every few years and that was a male from that stock.
It resembled a Oaxacan and had a nice long flower structure.
Was that a NH 36 ??

Hi Kanga,
Great to have you back online :tiphat:
Continuing on Jack's question, there were three hybrids that had males we had not heard of before.
-----------------------------------
NH35 X KANGA'S 2004 SATIVA (answered)
JIM'S HAWIAN X NH 2007 MIX
NH19 x MM5
-----------------------------------
Can you tell us a bit more about the Nev's 2007 mix?

Also, I am curious what the male was in NH19 x MM5
Is MM5 a Mullum x NL5 hybrid?

Obviously it is not the same as the "Super 5" used as the male in a cross with MM. Super 5 was described in the listing as: "NL#5 SK1 X NL#5.AFGH"

Thanks Kanga!
Don't want to overload you so I will save my Nev/Jim kush questions till later ;-)

All the best,

ok, thats good, at least now we know why it isnt named more clearly, it came from an open pollination so its lineage is a little uncertain, but you feel it was oaxacan crossed with something. good to know.
It was NH35 used in this cross, do you know what the situation regarding NH35/NH36 is?

maybe they were very similar, but nh36 was chosen as the better one and will be used exclusivly in the future, or is 35 used in some places and 36 in others?

Cptn, good to see you around.
nevil told me it is MMS, not MM5.
S for short and L for long flowering mullumbimby madness.
i assume the long flowering one is from kangas original line,
and the short flowering one is a hybrid from a line kanga created with his line and another line of mullum that was faster

Hey Jack,
great to see you and all the amazing action you have going on ;-)

I wish they would then just name it:
MM (Mullumbimby Madness)
eMM (Early Mullumbimby Madness)

I guess I'm just confused why they had a short mullum, a long mullum and an early mullum . . .
but if they did, what's the difference between the short mullum and the early mullum, right?

Thanks Cptn......Ok the Hawiian is from fem seeds that I grew from Jim and I guess was crossed to some NH males.

The NH 36 and 35 are early flowering ones.

The Mullum is from a cutting from the big plant in the pics.....I have now some other MM's that I have sorted from old seed...pic coming.

I have been working on my Early Mullum for 5 yrs now and that is what I call it......a random male was taken and crossed to whatever, Im not sure.
I will put up pics of this strain at a later date.

Thanks High Country.....Ok guys I am sorry if I am about to offend anybody but can you please keep any questions about any crosses that are out there away from this thread as I am just working on my Sativa strains and my crosses this year and really dont have the time to discuss anything else, plus I dont really know what is out there.

Thanks all......Happy growing...K:gday:
