Kali Mist or Western Winds

Definitely a male and a female

Both super tall and just starting to develop
The females getting little buds and the male's getting some frost on the leaves if you look closely, which I didn't expect
Totally different to the Western Winds

'93 F5 Kali Mist from AK Bean Brains
Clones have been taken from both male and female and he's been chopped and pollen harvested
Though she's fully knocked up she's still making good frost and has plenty of hazy aroma, maybe a hint of pineapple?

Not sure of the flowering time on this run but it's not slow. Has almost finished and it's before the Holy Grail Kush so that should give an idea... This isn't a standard grow as I'm making some seeds and that's changed the growth rate and maturity but I plan on running some when this lot comes out. I have 4 clones ready to go!
The oranges description is not like orange juice but a bowl of oranges, it's not a smell I'm familiar with for weed

i've grown a few hybrids with different types of orange smells, I had a plant who smelled exactly like orange peel and even like zest, very strong orange vibe but without the sweetness.

Hi,did you keep a mother of the western winds and clone it then flower as well? I would think it would be a lot more potent than flowering when first roots appear?

Chopped the heavily seeded '93 Kali Mist just now
Smells nasty! no sweetness, no sour or pine, just that nasty burnt stubble/glue factory

I loved smoking y griega .I didn't know it was kali mist

Don't think I'll be re-growing the Western Winds but it did come good with a decent cure

I have 5 ‘93 KaliMist females in veg and will reverse my mom from those. I will make fems and s1 the mom. I have pollen coming from akbeanbrains that belong to 5-‘93 males. So regs as well if all goes smoothly

Did anyone grow out the AK BeanBrains KaliMist F5?

I think I read that he selected always for the shortest flowering ones, so maybe his line is further away from the original than the name suggests?

His work is remarkable and really cool, but he says he is a habitual heavy smoker and he has clearly a fable for classic nice indicas. So i question if a sativa head looking for the "real" KaliMist will find it in his line?
What do you guys think about that?
