Ok I need an electricians help I think...the wiring on this old place is screwy to say the least...how hard is it to change a circuit breaker...there are only 15 amp breakers for the rooms...and some rooms share power with other rooms...79 was a crazy year I guess cause someone was on drugs when wiring this place...any ideas?....

ok so like I said this place was made in 79....and have found a few issues like a bathroom and a bedroom sharing a breaker...ok so the breaker doesnt have any makings...best I can read on the torn paper next to the breakers is cutler something...better light tomorrow I can get a better look at the breakers with the panel cover off





here is the room it's in

the room measures 10' 2'' on this wall

and 10'10'' on this wall...ac is on this wall as well

now there is also a closet that can be taken out to give more room

here is the other room that share a breaker with the bathroom...it measures 7'7'' x 7'9''...also has a closet that can taken out to make the 7'7'' into 8'6''...




ok between the second room and the first room is a bathroom and a utility space for the washer /dryer....here is the utility space..it measures just over 4'x 4' ...


now the beauty of this place is ....we can cut into the walls/floor/whatever it takes...I'm wanting to run 2 flower rooms if possible...one at night the other during the day.....PM for equipment list as somethings dont need to be known .by everybody....just lil closets I swear...peace

Im no electicrian KGK... but to me that looks like you should have it easy. You have a Cutler-Hammer breaker box, your goin to have to make sure you buy the exact same type of CH breakers. A PM to sandman/thorodee/badmf would be wise.. Depends on the wattage but if I was you, I would drop a 10-3 /w ground romex wire to each room, connect it to a WH-40/T103/T104 mechanical timer box, wire 240v and 120v gang boxes off that depending on if your lighting is 240 or 120v. Then at the breaker drop in two 30amp breakers, one for each room. Use the existing wall outlets for any random 120v electronics that dont need to be on the lighting timer. You should be able to roll 4-5 1000w per 30amp breaker. 24amps continous load on each 30amp breaker.

Movin here in at the end of summer, looking for a house where I can add a 30amp circuit and consolidate the grow into 1 room. Tired of having veg cabinets here, flowering rooms there.... nutes stored over here..... Grow shit ends up all over the house.
