i remember as a lad watching through the wormhole with morgan freeman and one of the episodes basicaly admitted we will split into two distinct species in the future. the genetically fortunate + the moneyed elite living in gated bubbles & interbreeding versus everyone else on a ruined earth with dogshit resources.
scientists have basically predicted where we're at now economically and socially. as i modernize rosa luxemburg's statement; we can either devolve into barbarism (which we're currently doing) or we can democratize the workplace. i truly believe we are inching closer to this predicament more than people want to admit. american capitalism is crumbling before our eyes and to expect the very forces that ruined our economy to be the saviors is absolute insanity in my opinion. these people should be held accountable for their actions, not celebrated.

The idea that a single individual, unchecked, represents the country is a fallacy here as it was there. People do make mistakes. Often for the right reasons, but the wrong logic.
