When daman gets into something, he goes slow like freight train. I am usually trying to get my foot out between the railroad ties! Good Luck with your grow dc105..I am especially interested in one of the strains you are runnin ;-)
I've got the latest pictures of my new lil ones. Hawaiian Goddess is a Motarebel Strain and BCHashplant is one of his F2's... somebody correct me if I got that wrong.. i germed them all (8 at one time! oh my!) on July 24th using the j-cloth method.
Here's the Hawaiian Goddess on the 14th of August when I last potted them up.
and here's the BCHashplant on the 22nd of August
ok.. those are the pretty ones... now comes the Wakeford clone. It was the tallest one and I got greedy. I couldn't bring myself to top it because I would have had to cut buds so.. i tied it...She may be kind of in her lanky teen phase... I would guess this one is sativa dom
The other wakeford is quite a bit shorter.. I'll get a pic posted as soon as I bribe my photographer.
Hiya Sleepy! Thanks for stoppin by, I appreciate it!
Heres a pic of the second J Wakeford clone. (the shorter one) Both clones have been 49 days in flower now… It has a kewl bud! It's winding up the meristem. This one is bulking up faster than the taller one but its also been harder for me to grow nutrient wise. (purple stems, phospherous)
BCHashPlant
#1 is a girl! She got real tall with no lateral branching so I topped her. The piece I cut off I recut at an angle, dipped it in rooting hormone and put into potting soil. (it was about 8 inches) Not sure if its gonna make it or not but thought I’d give it a try. Works with a couple of house plants I have so ....
#2 is a boy so I moved him into the male cab. He was starting to flower so I topped him too! On a topping roll or what? He's got a nice aroma and tight internode spacing so I kept him in case I decide to try pollenating another bud site.
#3 hasn't revealed its sex yet.. but soon.. hopefully
#4 is a she too! Anyway she is growing nicely for me and I love her spacing so I took 4 clones from her but i'm gonna keep her in veg for a while longer. I want the roots to fill the pot before I transplant her into a 4 gallon pot.
The Hawaiian Goddess are 33 days old (same as the BCHP) and need a bit more in the line of nutes than the BCHP does.. again with the purple stems. They aren't showing sex yet. They are staying quite short, nice and bush.
So the Jam arrived! Thank you Bubbas! I haven’t had blackberry jam before and WOW,..I love it! I can't decide whether I like it best on icecream or fresh bread. It would be incredible on homemade bread but I can't convince daman to bake any! Wow, definitely going to talk to the bubbas about retiring in their garden. Can you imagine? Big ass plants everywhere and homemade blackberry jam? K, the bears may be an issue.
I wanted to make a bit of an event when we sampled the Wonderberry x sourd being as it was my first harvest but y'all live too far away! :friends: Dried weight, I got 27 grams.. I wanted a pound but this is good too. Cured it for about 2 weeks before sampling it.. I think I showed great restraint because the damn bud was calling my name for days!
The Wonderberry x sourd has a mild fruity aroma with a light fuelish smell. The smoke is smooth, non expanding, with a hint of that hashy taste. Definitely easy to overdo with this as it is easily as smooth as a cigarette. I could feel the high coming from a long way off.. just began to build and build and build. This is a nice sativa high without the panic. I felt totally relaxed and productive. A couple hours of decent high and it tapered off for another hour. There wasn’t much of a hangover at the end. I didn’t feel dragged etc. I can’t for the life of me remember if I took a clone from this one but I would run this one again.
Man, look at that girl go!! And with a plethera of flavors to boot!! Why Jenna, your becoming the Baskin-Robbins of ICMag, sweetie!! Great show girl, way to go.
An update on my BCHP grow. Nice plants to grow although they seem to want alot more phospherous than say the wonderberry x sourd or the wakefords.
All three are in flower now. #4 was potted up to a 4 gallon and went into flower on September 6; #3 was potted into a 4 gallon and put in flower on September 14th, #1 went into a two gallon and was put in flower on September 16th. Added some liquid karma at pot up. The leaves are showing a bit of clawing to me so i've added bat guano to the mix.
The little gal in the 2 gallon has been topped in veg to see if
i could get it short and bushy.. i was bored and wanted to try it to compare to the others.
ummm, if ya see something I didn't.. please let me know but i think they are doing ok.
