Hello There fellow ICMAG members Im new to this forum, and am just a plain old honest individual who has a love for the plant and use it for religious, and medical purposes. I want to make it clear that I am in no way or sort a drug dealer, promote the selling of drugs, nor grow marijuana on a commercial scale. Everything you see posted from me is by a med patient for medical personal useage and is only to be used for educational purposes, of the true healing properties of an alternative medicine to prozac and anti-depressants and pain killers, cannabis sativa....now on with the report!
First up here is Jamaican Grape-by Secret Valley Seed Company, available from www.greenlifeseeds.com---awesome source of medical grade strains that still yeild very well, and help multiple ailments.
Here's some pics of 3 Different Jamaican Grapes that were grown from seed, and put to flower at 8-10 inches. All of them were identical, and had a high female ratio of 5 for 7.These plants were flowered for 68days but could have gone another week or two if you dont mind a few ambers. I personally like to harvest at about 50%clear/cloudy for an up high with no down effect. All were flowered under a single 400watt sunmaster warm deluxe mh lamp in coco and fed with 100% organic nutes using advanced nutrients moderately light fedding program.
as you can see the bud structure and lenght of the buds are the same, the only difference with two of them were that they had a bit a purple hugh due to the fan probably being closer to them.
for yeild:7/10, could have been an 8 if i flowered for another week. A sativa bud that funs up and down the stem like a spiral spear.
for taste:9.5/10. These were smoked with a 5 day hand up ina dark closet in a box dry and then put un tupperware from then on. so id say they got a 2day cure, yes 2 day!and are still curing. These reason why I give them such a high rating in taste, is the fact that it taste like real imported old school pusham pang jamaican brick sensimillia with a mildly sweet grape soapy earhty jamaican sensi taste.
smell: to tell you the truth they have a grapey, earthy, slightly incensy smell. sort of like the taste.
buzz:9.5/10. Like I said this is real sativa brain food hear. really uplighting and long lasting. its really not commercial at all. its so fluffy that a .4g serving of this medicine can uplift and sooth the minds of 3 individuals for a minimal 3.5-4 hour ride of smooth electric slightly rushy impulses. Cerebral indeed. no down effect at all, smoked this all day one day this week when i was having migraines, and this keep me headache free for about 10 hours with the use of multiple spliffs. didnt need all the spliffs but the taste so damn good!!!!!!
medical application:very useful for headaches, spasms, body pain, and depression.good sativa that does not leaveyou edgy afterwards. good breeding honestly.
Now next up is a smaller smoke report on Soma's NYCD X Cotton Candy-sativa pheno (taller) (haze/afghani-federation seeds)-- obtained from www.hempdepot.ca, but no longer available. Don't you worry though order any of their genetics under the Canadian heading and youll find packs of seeds that all have a mother or two in them.
yeild: 7/10 and 8/10 for the shorter more afghani type pheno not pictured here. flowered for the same amount of time as the jamaican grapes. the shorter pheno not shown here only flowered for 61days by the way.
taste:[/B 9/10] This herb tasted different from the jamaican grape, in that it had a more limey/woodey/skunky taste than the grape. not sure which was better. both different unique sativa's. actually I am really a fan of mixing both the jamacain grape and nycd x cotton candy in a joint together. really touches all the senses. And has the ultimate taste! when they burn together in a good fresh real tobacco leaf you cant even smell the usual herb smell.just a pleasant incense honey/berry/spice scent. The smaller more indica pheno had a grpefruity petrol skunk taste. also yummy.
