thanks for stopping in BRUSH!! been a long time/no chat!!
i prefer to veg. under flourescents because i get tighter a tighter phyllotaxy/nodal spacing with them.
that 1 clone has grown pretty fast this week. almost doubled in size this week???? more light wouldn't do anything for me with this 1.
i do however have a 6' long closet thats getting an additional 400w switchable system added to it this month, i was supposed to have that already but whatever, its no big rush..
the reason you see that bit of stretch on the cross-cut is because i had her in virtually NO light to root, just outside the wash of my SODIUM lamp's footprint. She reached for the footprint a bit at first and it just kinda got worse as i introduced veg light.
thanks for the suggestion mate but this gal couldn't be happier, ill post a topped pic for ya
thanks again for keepin' me company, brush
no. last time i checked her fruit tasted like lemon mike n ike candies with added PUNGEUNT earthy funk.... but this pheno is different.
smells the same in veg,
but it's a different specimen.
only time will tell. She's got NL-like branching and a skunky sweet dank coffee candy tart wierdness to her when disturbed (even when not)
thanks for the kind words cemchris i hope your garden gets back into action real soon :]
Hey cap. Plants just looked a bit strechy so my initial thought was lighting but it seems you have that under control. Maybe some bending or stem pinching is in order to strengthen the stem. Have you got a fan blowing on that cut or a fan in your veg cab ? Anyhow keep it real and good growing.
hey thanks MGJ, that arm and another are bein cut at lights on and goin to their new home hope i miss, if i do i'll have 7 main tops (and even) rather than 5 which will eventually make up for the loss in yield department, cutting-back such a small plant after flower-set...do not try this at homei feel spreading the love is worth more than the fist of herb i'll lose in the process.. ran out of veg space after santa clones made a belated appearance
thank you to every1 for the correspondence
much to come in the new year, friends

See I told you Kris Kuttings would visit you. And this whole time you thought you were going to get a lump of coal. I TOLD you he didnt care about masturbating!

between them sitting in the mail, sloppy job planting them to their rooting media (family emergency, had to split quick and finish up a day later), my blackout, mite attack, silverfish or centipedes havin lunch, and poor room ventilation/overall climate control, i think they're doin really well.
and on the jack bein flowered out,
Sent off the two cuts earlier on today, the top in the pic in my above post has a new home along with the other main top and the pruned back little fucker is tearing shit up in the back row of the closet.
more updates when things kick up into full gear.
*just found out i DO have pollen from this line available to me,
from the dude who gifted me these wonderful vintage genes..
here's what's bein pollinated later in flower -
Kona Gold x Jack = Kojack= My favorite plant ever..
going to be wild to see this one recreated
you use your tounge prettier than a twenty dollar whore!
i didn't invent it, just adapted it to work for us.
It's a technique as old as you and I put together.
Amazin' what a lil' googlin' can accomplish, ey?
The sand cloning procedure was taught to me by a friend tho.
He uses it for Dahlias, and Cannabis, respectively.
stay away from this 'desert sand' by Hoffmans.
stick to 'playground sand' for this.
Hoffman's is pretty salty,
and takin a toll on the cuts, but they'll do ok,i hope.
make sure to add a nice layer of promix (hydroton sounds fun?) to the top of the soil once it takes and grows up a little bit.
reason? the stem kinda curves and if roots arent strongly attached to the medium, the plant can be 'uprooted' very easily while watering... no big deal, but it happened twice onme and i've yet to fill in the dirt cuz i'm lazy will do b4 tonites feed sesh.
