Agreed. Its not a singular plant. There are many sub species related to this family. Unfair to judge them under a single name.

Cannabis is a genus. Presumably C. sativa, C. indica, and C. ruderalis are species in the genus. What subspecies would you be talking about?

I was worong when I meant subspecies, I confused ssp. for subsp. for a moment but there are subspecies to cannabis L.
According to Linneaus, the Genus is Cannabis L. and the correct term for indica would be written:
C. sativa L. ssp. Indica
There is a sub-species called:
C. sativa L. subsp. spontenea. Serebr
