Amnesia and Arjan's Ultra Haze #2 were much better.. :joint:

Hope this helps

i popped a shit load of the ultra's, and didnt find anything that tasted of sativa

You seem to have a lot of opinions about Neville's Haze, but have you actually grown the original offering from MNS?

Do you still think it's not a real Haze but SSH and Jack Herer are, even though they're all closely related? Anyone who has tried a good sample of both amnesia and Nev's will have an easy time of choosing the better one, Nev's everytime:good:

nev's for me too bro.

amnesia or arjan ultra haze beter than nevils haze
that is lauhgable
ive sampled so many amnesia's
even winning samples from breeders at cups and ive not had a amnesia sample that was beter or even close to the real nevils haze
to me the amnesia is a very indica leaning haze
nevills is far from that at all
and arjan ultra hay
forget about that

for a real haze i would sugest
mr nice nevils haze
the flying dutchman original haze(not sure how pure this is these days but will def have some proper haze in it
tom hills original haze
sams ohaze x sk1(im growing them now 3 of them and they look 100% haze to me)

and for best haze hybrids
go with
mr nice
ssh
mango haze
nevil/mango
afghan haze

sensi seeds nl5haze(might be alot diferent from previous years, im growing them now and will report back on how good they are from years back

happy haze hunting

in my opinion, there was a breed that no1 knew what it was. tasted great, and resembled a ssh/mango. some1 made up a name for it, and then some1 else copied the name and produced seed. the mother in the amnesia might have been what some1 made up to be called the amnesia, but the father used to produce the seed took the majority of the haze out of it. thus you might pop 1000 seeds to find 1 that ressembles the mom. and even though its not the same parents used, that particular breeder called it amnesia.

i have some amnesia here. from seed. but even though it ressembles the original for taste, its definately lacking the full on haze taste from the bud 1 once tried. if you catch me before i finish these last few crumbs, im sure you will agree.

Amnesia Haze is my favorite Haze so far, might of been the pheno but it was scary strong.

favourite in what way? favourite thing to grow, or to toke on? if you have a mom that alot of others cant get count yourself lucky. if its from a seed, i would love to see it.

the smoke on it might resemble a type of amnesia, but unless you have the original cut it, what you got probably isnt as good

might even be a g13 amnesia cross. or another, for which i cant remember the name now

all this is just my opinion of course

The Haze in Haze #19 x Skunk plants had a specific taste and high,, Haze dom in 25% of the plants. This is the Haze we remember as Haze.

The "haze" in these other strains,, we've either smoked and/or grown before,, none of which compare to Haze #19 or HGF fast Haze. The all grow,, smoke,, and give a high more like the Thai plants we grew as kids,, only stronger and with bigger flowers

Btw,, we didnt come here to burst any bubbles,, if its grows well smoke it :joint:

Peace out all :canabis:

im very curious as too this real haze taste you describe,id be most appreciated if you could give your opinion on taste/aromas in best detail as possible

the second to last paragraph you make the comparison of haze strains to hz# 19 hgf hz ,an say they all smoke like thai ,id love to kno exactly wat you mean ,i hope i interpet this the right way soo please help

are you sayin most of the current hazes ,smoke like the thai you grew up on

now as oppose in comparison to wat?the real haze possibly wit colombian traits?

Thanks for the light relief Doc, sometimes its better to criticize in an ironic way than to just come out with the brutal truth and say GHS is the McDonalds of seedbanks....thanks:tiphat:

the "Haze" offered by seedbanks has changed dramatically over the years. The original seeds used to grow enormous plants that were virtually unmanageable and you could easily see the phenotypes of giant Columbian and Thai trees. These days many of the so called Haze grows into spindly weak insipid looking plants.... probably through inbreeding.

Case in point - Mr Nice Seeds Neville's Haze - 2011 Kangativa

Versus - insert whatever inbred looking Haze you think has knocked her off the perch.

What does this have to do with the question at hand- Is Nevilles Haze still the strongest Haze?

There's your answer.

All the OT Haze and Tom Hill Haze plants that I have seen in photos look exactly like inbred original landrace pure Thai lines.

You don't mean spindly weak insipid looking plants do you?

This would explain why Tom sees some rare broad leaf traits- the fact that people would argue the validity of such a specimen is ridiculous.

With wide leaf traits? Your right that is ridiculous.

By the way, here's that Haze B indifferent was referring to..

Working my way up to Neville's Haze, I started a few Neville's Skunks (Neville's Haze X Nordle). The OP might want to consider this line. Its possible to find a 10-12 week NH pheno with a high yield, and this hybrid does not seem to throw hay plants as some highly esteemed Hazes have been known to do. I also have a few of "The Cure" going - another very well-reviewed but highly underrated Haze hybrid. Both of these lines contain both Haze A & C genetics.

I really enjoy the neville's haze. it is one of the strongest hazes for sure. the mr. nice ssh haze pheno is also very potent.

NH has a very nice aroma, count also for the so-called catpiss pheno, but to much indica influences to call it a real sativa.

Keep on growing :)
