Is Marijuana Really Responsible For California's Drought?

I am breeding a new variety of Cannabis called California Dry.
It requires zero watering and in fact pulls water from the air and fixes it in the ground. I figure every Calif resident will be required to grow it to help restore the California groundwater table. It will be available later this year, quality, yields, potency is better then any other Cannabis variety grown without water.
Next I will work on a salt tolerant variety that can be grown in salty areas, or with salt water. I have not named it yet, any ideas?

with the pathetic snowpack we got this year don't expect it to get better...things are going downhill still..couldn't even kayak the river from sequoia park to the lake this year...if we don't get a good snow pack this winter I am moving back east..fuck this shit....yeehaw

theres ways to grow cannabis so that you dont have to water much.mulching really thick is a great trick and planting a ground cover around that mulch can help.let a native weed like chickweed do it for you.
