That is misleading. There was never any evidence that any police organization got IP's after OG went down. Still to this day there is no proof the RCMP got the actual servers. OG's main servers were not in his house and he got a heads up before hand to take them offline. As far as we can gather, the police did not get the main servers. OG also, like here did not log IP addresses. So how could they get "everyones" IP addresses if they wern't there? I'm an hour from RC and never had any knocks on my door. Wouldn't it be easy for them to do so if they had my IP?

well i had hella pictures on og...i still have seen no trouble...i was pissed about loosing those pics..i have posted pics here since 2003...what im lucky...no i dont sell...smell or tell...if they bust me it will be violating my rites and surely not worth there time...three simple rules...i have been posting pics for years...i dont think they get you popped...the fucked up system runs on asset forfeiture...unless you are commercial the pigs dont want you...you have nothing they can steal...this is my opinion...peace

digital pictures can not be used against you...help build a case maybee but if you grow for your self...do you think they would even try...5 years posting pics...i should have got popped already according to a few of you...i think some people are just to paranoid...digital pics cant be used against you...until its legal i will brake the law...17 years smoking grass 5 + growing it...never busted for drugs...ever...there are rules if you get greedy in anything...you loose it...freedom included

Don't be surprised 10-20 years down the line, remember technology just gets better with time. l e o just lets you be for a while, then BOOM! Its really fucked up man. Why not just close every possibility. Paranoid is a good thing to some extent, but not when you get too paranoid that you can't even function.
Its easy to get to the top, whats difficult is to maintain yourself at the top. Just a few thoughts.

i posted and lost a hell of a lot of pics on overgrow...i have had no heat because of pics...heat comes from loose lips...if you dont sell..smell..or tell they cant see you...and if they can...they dont want you...why ?asset forfeiture...it is the real war on drugs...they steal from commercial growers to justify and pay there salary's...sick really and truly reminds me of vultures the politics of the supposed drug war...pics dont...or have not got me popped over 5 years posting them
the thing is who's pics are they? are they really yours? did you just take them from another site? are they your friends? do you even really grow? is that really u on the computer or a friend?
at best it could make them take a closer look at you...but if your game tight you have no worries....not many people around here even have big grows.....they aren't gonna waste all the time and money to bust your 6-10 plant personal closet grow.....they'd rather chase meth heads and bust labs...thats the real war on drugs....i'm glad for the meth heads because it takes heat off us.

regarding tor, I find it hard to believe that they couldnt sort thru the various servers that the pedophiles used and find the guy.. I dunno.. another thing is, cant always beleive everything you read, and remember, LEO often will not always share the full/truthful details publicly via news media, and sometimes might go so far as to let misinformation slipnow I'm NOT saying thats the case with the TOR incident, as frankly WE don't know.. but just remember, the very fact that we don't truly, definitevely know, is also the same defense that says its totally possible that they are more capable w/ proxy tracing than they let on.
