Inverse's First Grow

so im at day 32 now. i had to spray all of my babies with serenade last night, so the buds look a little bit burned (the pistils turned red on some). i hope i dont have to do that again this harvest, although the pm has a good chance of popping up again in a week or 2.

heres a purple kush budshot from about day 29:

inverse did you encounter any red stems on your NL seedlings? i've got two like that. hm, they're also the tallest...they're exactly 7 days old. i couldn't imagine them needing nutes this early on, but i also couldn't imagine what else it could be

yeah i encountered the red stems on most of my nl's. i later realized that it was a sign of ph imbalance. after the red stems i was getting some yellowing of lower leaves. just watch out for that! otherwise, are they looking good?

yeah i just edited that previous post. it's been getting pretty damn cold in there (they're under 42w). now that i think about it, one had a little burnt tip.

the plants i put outside when it got cold had the exact same symptoms, but yknow, worse, cuz it was a lot colder out there

they should be fine when i put them under the 400w (once i see some true leaves).

i think it's just a purple stem pheno, because it's been that way throughout the grow. in person u can tell its actually not pure purple, but rather stripes of purple.

cant wait to see the nls grow under 400. theyre really fast!

thanks! theres pllllenty of room in here for onlookers ...sounds like you're from nor cal too, so maybe ill provide you with some good info on the bay strains im growing? but yeah, hopefully ill be able to give you guys even better pics in the coming weeks if everything works out

days old, been under the 400w for 2 days. they are growing really fast! I was amazed at how fast they were guzzling the water.

they're just starting to form their true leaves

crap - i noticed the top of my og kush looked awfully mangled today. the leaves look all twisted, and theyre britle and dry and cracked when i touched them. im thinking heat stress, which is weird. my temps never exceed 84 degrees, above the canopy, and hte og kush is well below some of my taller plants. hmmm

**** i just wrote up a big post but my internet crapped out and i lost it.

hey khaleel and oaklandish! my ak stem is less intensely colored, and striped in person.

i chopped my mk today at 51 days, with mostly cloudy trichs. she was getting screwed by this bitch PM problem the worst, so she had to go. i got rid of most of the PM in triming, and will deal with the remaining traces after she dries. i plan on cutting the rest in about 6-9 days. no pics for now, as my laptop is at the shop

so far i've harvested:

at day 50 = master kush
at day 55 = #1 northern lights
at day 56 = odyssey
at day 57 = ak-47 and big shiva
at day 60 = purple kush

to go: sour diesel and #2 northern lights

i didnt have my camera with me for my odyssey or ak chops...but i did take some pics of my pk, mk and nl before harvest:

i've battled PM the entire grow...and its a bitch that none of you ever want to encounter. mostly it just stuck to my leaves, and only a few tiny specs can be found on the buds.

right now all of my buds have dried, except for purple kush. i have them curing in glass jars and will be giving you guys some nugget shots once they're done. so far my master kush is the weakest of my buds with not very much crystal formation, and all of my other stuff is super sticky and knocks me down after 1 bong rip. gotta love bay area club genetics.

Any amount of weed is a good amount for a first try, imo. You did well, what strains are next?
