I dry sift it over a trim bin screen, then a 220 screen, then a 190 screen, then a 160 screen, then a 120 screen. Separating the different sized trichromes. Then I took the 120-160 resin and sift it over the 160 again, and then pressed it for two hours.

Thank you very much for the info :tiphat:

Well I did not notice green but I did see the cystolith hairs sort of under the heads.
Is it FMBCD? Full Melt Bubble Clear Dome?

Probably nowhere near good enough to be in the melty range, around 2 stars i guess, but delicious and potent. I still smoke off of a metal screen in an old wood pipe so not certain about the stars thing, but there was plenty of ash left over.

Hash Zeppelin that soft pressed hash looks amazing, was that just pressed at room temperature in a "pollen press" type of device?

Ok I have kinda gone on a hash frenzy recently. Here is what I'm calling my "spring blend." Made from some really nice sugar trim and larf I had vac sealed up from last year. It's made from GDP, sfv og, chem dawg, and chocolate hashberry. It turned out really nice. Tastes very sweet and fruity. Maybe the nicest drysift I have made in a long time.

I copied Frenchy for the most part. What the deuce makes some swirl? I kept trying to roll and fold it out but the cat came back every bloody time. Eventually it looked neat and I finished the polish.

I'm pretty tired now and might sleep some.

Say it half Gump half Bubba.

Ignore the contaminant, I'll figure that part out soon.

Eh?

This guy gets it.

Here are some pics of the finest hash (imo) I've made to date. Fresh Frozen 73µ bubble (actually everything below 220 down to 73) from an R-Kiem grown no-till outdoors last season. This hash was made last november, a few weeks after harvest, the pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago.

I know it looks a bit like it could be, but no, it's not rosin.

Amazing genetics - even the 3rd wash is pretty much full-melt and totally dab-able on the enail. The flavour profile is totally unique to me: leather, soap, licorice, a bit of lemon. The bugger is that I couldn't keep the mother alive over winter but I did make some F2 seeds with her and I've got a few going now to see if can repeat the success this year. Fingers crossed. Peace, TEC.

I call it marbling and it is caused by different grades of the bubble hash being mixed together.

Interesting, but that's all 70u, I rosin the other grades. The piles were within a few inches of each other, so it may just have been human error.
