Trump will be the death of the US if he gets in again. China will crush you because they'll starve their own people before they loose face to Trump. China will blame the US for their woes, and the people will believe it.

Why do you think the whole world treats China like they do? Trump knows absolutely nothing about Chinese culture. I've worked there twice. You can't just demand shit and expect them to give it to you like Mexico or Canada. That's not how it works there. Trump's game is the next 4 years. China's game is the next 100 years.

It has in the past, and it has also risen. Think Japan kickin' it before the US woke and climbed over them. The US will do it again without a doubt. But the people could do without the intermittent pain.

I've said it in the past. It will take 50 years for the USA to rebuild trust and undo the damage to your allies and trading partners. Agreements in the future will be hard fought and less will come of them. Hell, all you need is a crazy president to start ripping up DEALS. Why deal at all? If there has to be a deal, it'll cost you.

Hey man I needed to let you know I just read both of your posts and they had me laughing so hard I shot water out of my nose. Anyways I didn't mean to disturb you while your in bed, I'll let you get back to sleep.

Mass shooters 2019

I thought this was going to look different, from what the main media has been reporting. How about you?

A matter of definition: the meme says “shot 4+”. I believe the standard is “3+ *dead* not counting the shooter”.

That’s a very different picture...as you know

myself, i would not count gang-banger drive-bys, drug deals gone bad or gunfights where both sides are popping caps at each other. wouldn't count family fights either. any street cop will tell you there is nothing as dangerous (or out of control) as a family fight...just shootings where killer indiscriminately wastes innocent people like happened in El Paso. idiot in Dayton killed his own sister. wonder if she was the target?

One of my sisters just sold their place in Fort Myers and moving to Panama. She said Trump didn't make America great, he made it worse so she's cashing in her chips and moving out.

She was initially a Trump supporter. She said people are too proud to admit they were wrong about him.

I think your sister is right.

People will say they're voting for Trump but will vote against him. It'll be a political slaughterhouse and people will swear they voted for him. Even Bato could wipe him out.

His votes will be limited to skinheads, kkk and anarchists. You know... just the people who think it would be cool to live in a Mad Max world.

When GOP voters are faced with a disgraced party, a disgraced Executive, what they mostly do is stay home on Election Day: can’t vote for Trump, can’t vote for a democrat, may as well sit it out. I suspect 25% of ‘16 Trump supporters will not vote at all, possibly more...possibly many more: Trump should shake the faith of every ”conservative”, if HE’s what “Americans” are looking for, they’re groping in the dark and can’t tell shit from steak, and we ought to just all have it out in the open.

For those who see trump as their own personal Disneyland, he can ONLY win, either by hook or crook, if people care more about the party war than they do the country.

sure are a lot of us, aren't there? poor ol' pipeline must be lonely...

I’m sure if he gets lonely he’ll start back up again!

There have been 255 mass shootings in 2019. Your picture is missing 157 photos.

Its evident that mass shooters don't all come from one demographic - there are evil men out there (and yes its rarely if ever women involved as shooters) who would willingly kill innocent people with guns from all 'races' or ethnic groups - and this type of crime is not just USA specific - although mostly it seems to happen more often where people have easy access to firearms -

All this just makes most people more insular and reticent - scared to go out in public - and paranoid of the future - without security in society for our families to grow in peace - we can't really call ourselves 'civilized'.

I'm sure this meme is accurate just like every thing else that originates from Trump trolls

Im a Centrist. I go after both sides.

But theres more....

Its being reported on CNN that the Dayton shooter was an ANTIFA, and Elizabeth Warren supporter. I had figured Trump owned this because of his recent rhetoric . I was wrong I guess. He should his words more carefully though.
I don't like any of the recent presidents, even back through the Bushes. I cant stand them. Rumsfield and Cheny I despise. :thank you:

Would you go to stl though? There are lots of cities way more dangerous than Chicago if you look at actual stats. Like anywhere, stay out of the ghetto and its fine.

No comment on SF, i heard the streets run brown with poo.

We hear a lot of things these days...was recently told by a high-school mate that where we went to school is now a high-crime area.

When I told him there was virtually no significant crime in the area, he called me a liar - the fact that I lived within the sound of home football games for the preceding 25 years meant nothing. When I went to the police, I discovered there *had* been a significant rise in ‘crime’, most of it in the form of small children pilfering pieces of candy at the 7/11, and unattended smartphones being snatched. NOT the murder and assault hot-spot he assured me I was in the middle of...then again, he was friends with the fired previous chief of police, who assured him that the increased melanin content was crime wave all by itself, guaranteed.

Fifteen years later, that bullshit is still bullshit

Its evident that mass shooters don't all come from one demographic

interesting article about mass shooter demographics

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019...sor-learned-studying-every-mass-shooting-1966

"First, the vast majority of mass shooters in our study experienced early childhood trauma and exposure to violence at a young age. The nature of their exposure included parental suicide, physical or sexual abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and/or severe bullying. The trauma was often a precursor to mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, thought disorders or suicidality.

Second, practically every mass shooter we studied had reached an identifiable crisis point in the weeks or months leading up to the shooting. They often had become angry and despondent because of a specific grievance. For workplace shooters, a change in job status was frequently the trigger. For shooters in other contexts, relationship rejection or loss often played a role. Such crises were, in many cases, communicated to others through a marked change in behavior, an expression of suicidal thoughts or plans, or specific threats of violence.

Third, most of the shooters had studied the actions of other shooters and sought validation for their motives. People in crisis have always existed. But in the age of 24-hour rolling news and social media, there are scripts to follow that promise notoriety in death. Societal fear and fascination with mass shootings partly drives the motivation to commit them. Hence, as we have seen in the last week, mass shootings tend to come in clusters. They are socially contagious. Perpetrators study other perpetrators and model their acts after previous shootings. Many are radicalized online in their search for validation from others that their will to murder is justified.

Fourth, the shooters all had the means to carry out their plans. Once someone decides life is no longer worth living and that murdering others would be a proper revenge, only means and opportunity stand in the way of another mass shooting. Is an appropriate shooting site accessible? Can the would-be shooter obtain firearms? In 80% of school shootings, perpetrators got their weapons from family members, according to our data. Workplace shooters tended to use handguns they legally owned. Other public shooters were more likely to acquire them illegally."

Mass shootings against hard targets don't last very long.

Mr D

So it seems Former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Frank Figliuzzi on MSNBC has been listening to Alex Jones and taking his magic vitamins...

Figliuzzi: “The president’s either getting really good advice and rejecting it, or he’s getting really bad advice. We have to understand the adversary and the threat we’re dealing with, and if we don’t understand how they think we’ll never understand how to counter them, so it’s the little things and the language and messaging that matters.”

“The president says that we will fly our flags at half-mast until August 8, that’s 8/8. Now I’m not going to imply that he did this deliberately, but I am using it as an example of the ignorance of the adversary that’s being demonstrated by the White House. The numbers 8/8 are very significant in the neo-Nazi and the white supremacy movement. Why? Because the letter ‘H’ is the 8th letter of the alphabet, and to them, the numbers 8/8 stand for “Heil Hitler.” So we’re going to be raising the flag back up at dusk on 8/8. No one’s thinking about this. No one’s giving the advice, or he’s rejecting the advice.”

What a freakin loony bird.

The Hitler as Monster theme is more worn than a homeless person's jeans.

Yes, I do admire his leadership.

He helped Germany recover from the Weimar Germany hyperinflation, to become a singular industrial powerhouse.

The way he healed the economy was U N F O R G I V E ABLE.

He expelled Jewish people from positions in Government, Industry, & Academia.

Somehow the country then created an industry capable of defending itself against almost the whole world.

Given that Germany is roughly the size of Oregon, with little in the way of natural resources, that was quite an achievement. It could not have been accomplished unless they did something that worked.

Also it highlights WW2 Germany's dependence on many other nations, for iron ore, energy imports, wood, food, etc.

As far as the 6 million hoax, there was a pair of incidents in the 1980's.

Census historian Walter Sanning's book about WW2 Germany, including counting the total population of Jewish people in Europe.

3.5 Million. 2.5 Million less than the official late story pushed in the late 1940's.

After the publication of Sanning's book, the Rabbi overseeing the Auschwitz museum had a new sign made. Instead of, "in memory of the 4 million", the new sign read, "in memory of the 1.5 million" - a downward revision of 2.5 million. Did that Rabbi read Sanning's book ?

Both the United States and Israel-Saudi Arabia have done things far more monstrous than post WW1 Germany.

But it was necessary to start a war with them for some reason.

The Transfer Agreement, is a great book about the war. Written by Edwin Black. It describes the collaboration between the Zionists & Hitler before & during WW2.

There is an interview online where Mr. Black's mother, in Israel, talks about how ashamed she is of her son for telling the truth - and up-ending the official narrative.

Another good resource for WW2 info is the Video Library of Holocaust Survivors, at USC. 50,000 interviews.

They say some very interesting things that also up-end the Hitler as monster theme.

If people are going to need a Metaphor for a Monster, LBJ (leading the nation into murdering about 4.5 million SE Asian civilians) is a more accurate example.

As is Cheney, the brains of a rather large Terror War that no US president has the courage to cease.

Of course, Netanyahu is comparably monstrous.

Netanyahu needs the Hitler as monster narrative to remain intact, in order to complete his own dirty work.
