To fall below the threshold of 280 or 240 ppm would plainly lead to the extinction of a large variety of our vegetal species.
...
love the quality of this work
for one thing a large difference between 280 or 240 ppm
and historical co2 levels have significantly gone below 240 ppm
just nonsense that doesn't even attempt to have merit

Theres been a lot of scientists come out refuting the man-made climate change theory.

Climate FACTS: No warming has taken place in the United States since 2005, yet the media refuses to discuss the real scientific data

11/27/2019 / By Tracey Watson

Journalism.jpg

There has been a great deal of focus in recent years on so-called fake news and the dangerous effects of the dissemination of inaccurate information. While these concerns are certainly valid, the mainstream media has used these fears as a platform to launch an all-out attack against members of the independent media, labeling them conspiracy theorists and purveyors of dangerous, unsubstantiated information regarding everything from vaccines to pesticides.
One of the greatest differences in viewpoint between mainstream and independent news sources has revolved around climate change. While the mainstream media has created widespread panic by publishing one article after the other “proving” that man-made global warming is destroying the planet, the independent media has largely urged caution, stressing that the science does not support this theory.
Mainstream media outlets like CNN and MSNBC have been quick to pounce on this exercise of journalistic caution, calling it yet another example of fake news. But do the facts substantiate their claims? Not at all. In fact, 14 years of data collected by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) prove that the independent media has been wise to exercise such caution.
This data confirms not only that temperatures in the United States have not increased in the past 14 years, but that if anything, they have actually decreased slightly. (Related: The growth of global warming nonsense: surely we’ve reached peak madness.)
The end of inaccurate, manipulated weather data

As reported by Real Clear Energy, NOAA began recording temperatures at the 114 newly built temperature stations which make up the U.S. Climate Reference Network (USCRN) back in 2005. These temperature stations are evenly distributed across the lower 48 states, and are located far from urban areas where false temperature readings are common. (Related: Over 30,000 scientists say ‘Catastrophic Man-Made Global Warming’ is a complete hoax and science lie.)
Real Clear Energy explains:
Prior to the USCRN going online, alarmists and skeptics sparred over the accuracy of reported temperature data. With most preexisting temperature stations located in or near urban settings that are subject to false temperature signals and create their own microclimates that change over time, government officials performed many often-controversial adjustments to the raw temperature data. Skeptics of an asserted climate crisis pointed out that most of the reported warming in the United States was non-existent in the raw temperature data, but was added to the record by government officials.
The USCRN thus provides the first untainted, accurate climate data recorded in the United States since the global warming hysteria first began, and far from proving what so-called experts and media outlets have been claiming, the data shows zero warming since 2005. In fact, temperatures in the United States are now likely slightly lower than they were back then.
487004_5_.png

This is in direct opposition to the claims of climate activists who insist that specific areas of the United States have shown marked increases in temperature over that time period.
Furthermore, scientists believe that it is likely there have been no temperature increases in the U.S. since at least the 1930s, since the raw temperature readings collected by the USCRN virtually match exactly what was recorded 80 years ago.
And, with the rapid increases in urban development that took place during that time, temperatures are actually likely even lower than those captured by these weather stations.
Real Clear Energy explained:
If anything, the raw temperature readings should be adjusted downward today relative to past temperatures (or past temperatures adjusted upward in comparison to present temperatures) rather than the other way around. If raw temperature readings are the same today as they were 80 years ago, when there were fewer artificial factors spuriously raising temperature readings, then U.S. temperatures today may actually be cooler than they were in the early 20th century.
So, yes, fake news is bad and dangerous. But each one of us can help stop its spread by making sure of the real facts of any news story – including the true, scientifically-backed facts about global warming. Discover the truth about global warming at Climate.news.

If the article has to do with the 2020 election, is it not pertinent info. Its good to post a copy of the information in case the web page gets changed or deleted, so we can keep sharing and discussing.

Do you understand? Where is your information? You guys don't seem to have a lot of solid information to share.

I have posted several links in the 2020 conversation. When I do I do not paste the entire article. It takes up one line. People are free to click or not. Actual conversation gets lost between your long long long posts. And usually when someone does try to conversate with you, you either post another page of who knows what. Or totally change the subject.

And I do read some of your links. And not all of it is the truth.

Trump lies about his father being born in Germany.

https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...ctly-says-that-his-father-was-born-in-germany

President Trump on Tuesday incorrectly said his father was from Germany while expressing frustration about the country’s payments toward NATO.

"Germany, honestly, is not paying their fair share," Trump said at the White House before noting that he has "great respect" for German Chancellor Angela Merkel and "great respect for the country."

"My father is German, was German," he continued. "Born in a very wonderful place in Germany, so I have a great feeling for Germany."

The Washington Post said it as least the third time Trump has made this particular claim about his father, Fred Trump, who was born in New York City in 1905.

Trump’s grandfather, Friedrich Trump, was born in Germany and emigrated to the U.S. in 1885, according to a report from the Post in 2016.

After finding success in the U.S., Friedrich Trump attempted to resettle in Germany, according to The Associated Press. But the Post added that he was expelled in 1905, apparently for emigrating illegally. He returned with his wife to the U.S. when she was pregnant with Fred Trump.

Trump made the claims about his father multiple times in 2018 while discussing relations between the U.S. and European countries.

"Don’t forget both of my parents were born in EU sectors, OK?" Trump said in an interview last July. "My mother was Scotland. My father was Germany."

Trump's mother, Mary Anne MacLeod, was born in Scotland.

The Post noted that Trump also mentioned his father being from Germany while attending the NATO summit in Brussels.

"I have great respect for Germany; my father is from Germany," Trump said. "Both of my parents are from the EU, despite the fact they don’t treat us well on trade."

The World’s Hatred

18 “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. 20 Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He who hates Me hates My Father also. 24 If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. 25 But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’

The great USMCA Trade Deal (Mexico & Canada) has been sitting on Nancy Pelosi’s desk for 8 months, she doesn’t even know what it says, & today, after passing by a wide margin in the House, Pelosi tried to take credit for it. Labor will vote for Trump. Trade deal is great for USA!

Trump lies about hush money payment to Stormy.

President Trump's longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, is expected to provide House lawmakers on Wednesday with a signed check as evidence of the president's involvement in a hush money scheme during the 2016 campaign.

Multiple news outlets reported that Cohen will show the House Oversight and Reform Committee a signed check from the Trump Organization that was part of a reimbursement he received for paying adult-film star Stormy Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump.

CNN aired an image of the check on "New Day." It bears the president's signature, and is for $35,000. The check is dated Aug. 1, 2017, at which point Trump had been in office for six months.

The check is meant to serve as evidence of Cohen's expected allegations that the president engaged in criminal conduct while in office, and was directly involved in the scheme to pay off Daniels.

Cohen last year pleaded guilty to campaign finance law violations related to the Daniels payment, and said at the time that the president directed the payment.

Trump has offered a shifting timeline on when he knew of the payment to Daniels, but has denied wrongdoing and insisted the payments did not violate campaign finance laws.

According to prepared testimony obtained by The Hill, Cohen will highlight Trump's involvement in the arrangement, and allege that the president has a history of making racist remarks.

Cohen will also allege that the president knew ahead of time that Roger Stone, the Republican operative who was an informal adviser to Trump’s presidential campaign, coordinated with WikiLeaks to release a tranche of Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 election.

Cohen, who worked for years as Trump's personal attorney and "fixer," was sentenced late last year to serve three years in prison after he pleaded guilty to campaign finance law violations, bank fraud, tax fraud and lying to Congress about the timing of negotiations for a Trump Tower in Moscow.

Trump, who is in Vietnam meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, sought to distance himself from Cohen in a tweet early Wednesday. The president and his allies attacked Cohen's credibility in the past.

Trump lies about dictating letter for the Trump tower meeting.

https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...d-statement-on-trump-tower-meeting-raises-new

President Trump's allies and legal experts faced new questions on Sunday about the legal ramifications of the revelation that the president dictated a letter about a 2016 meeting between his campaign aides and a Russian lawyer, even as his lawyers argue he can't obstruct justice in the special counsel's probe.

"Jay Sekulow said time and time again directly into the faces of the American people on television — Sarah [Huckabee] Sanders did the same thing, and said in no uncertain terms ... they said the president had nothing to do with that statement by Donald Trump Jr. and didn't draft it, didn't sign off on it," former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said on CNN's "State of the Union."

"And it turns out that is completely untrue," he said.

Bharara — who was fired by Trump last year — added that, when looked at in full context, the events surrounding the Trump Tower meeting and subsequent fallout may put the president or some of his allies in legal jeopardy.

"You have the lawyer of the president of the United States, Jay Sekulow — and, on separate occasions, you have had Rudy Giuliani do this — basically lie to the American people repeatedly," Bharara said.

"And if you are going to take the position, like they do in the sweeping letter about executive authority, that the president is in a special position in various ways, then I think the lawyers to the president have a special responsibility not to come on television and lie."

The New York Times reported Saturday that Trump’s lawyers wrote to special counsel Robert Mueller in January arguing that the president cannot commit obstruction of justice in the special counsel’s probe because of his constitutional authority over the investigation.

The letter also confirms that Trump dictated a statement to The New York Times about the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between Donald Trump Jr., other Trump campaign aides and a Russian lawyer who promised damaging information on Hillary Clinton.

Sekulow, one of Trump's attorneys who wrote the letter to Mueller, previously denied that the president had any involvement with the statement.

Sanders, the White House press secretary, said last August that Trump may have given suggestions on the statement "as any father would," but denied that he dictated it.

The meeting, and any coordinated cover-up, has been one point of focus in Mueller's probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. The changing narrative surrounding those events is likely to raise new legal questions, despite the president's lawyer's assertions about obstruction of justice.

Giuliani, who joined Trump's legal team in April, said on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday that Sekulow was "uninformed" when he originally denied Trump had anything to do with crafting the statement.

In appearances Sunday morning on NBC and ABC, Giuliani also used the shifting explanation surrounding the Trump Tower meeting to bolster his argument for why the president should not agree to an interview with Mueller.

"That’s the wisdom of not having a president testify," he said. "It’s one thing to do it with a lawyer, it’s another to do it with your client."

For months, Mueller's team has sought a sit-down interview with Trump for his investigation. Trump's legal team has sought to quell the possibility, fearing that he could be charged with lying to investigators or that prosecutors could seek to use the president's words against him.

Corey Lewandowski, who worked as Trump's campaign manager at the time of the meeting — though he did not attend — was not asked about the statement during an interview on "Fox News Sunday."

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) avoided the subject entirely when asked whether he's bothered that the White House lied about Trump’s involvement in the aftermath of the meeting.

Instead, he renewed calls for an expedited conclusion to Mueller's probe if no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia is found.

"What I am really concerned about is, look at what our economic numbers are. Look at North Korea's meeting going through. Look at the trade discussions we are having. And this is the No. 1 question we are following through?" McCarthy said on CNN.

"Let them walk through their investigation," he added. "But I think, if there is no collusion, it's time to wind this down," he added.

You want an honest discussion?

One question for you

Question:
Did Alex Jones lie about Sandy Hook being a "false flag"?

If you think that everything you share is 'truth' period, and what others share is 'lies' period, you are a LOST CAUSE period.

When anyone posts anything that goes against what you WISH to be truth you just dismiss it as lies.... you don't want the truth you just want to be right, and if anything challenges your perception of reality you put your fingers in your ears and post bigger, longer cut and pastes.

Grow up.

C

Capra ibex

I know i have come across 'jerk-ish' sometimes, absolutely, and i REALLY don't like myself when i behave like that.
I don't mind banter, or some prodding but i try not to be a total douchebag, because i know that everyone has lived different lives, had different influences and had much different experiences.
TBF i don't think everything Alex Jones says is a lie, probably far from it.... but i do know that he IS NOT a beacon of pure truth and wisdom, just as most all media has BIAS.
Jones gets a little fact here and a little fact there and then joins everything up IN HIS HEAD just the same as Rachel Maddow gets a fact here and a fact there and then spins it together into a opinion piece.
FWIW i don't watch Jones or Maddow.... little snippets, but hardly ever.

Also, if you knew anything about ego, projection and personality disorders, you would be able to see plainly, whether you consider yourself a 'rightie' or 'lefty' that Trump is not in politics for ANYTHING other than self aggrandisement.

I see merit in some of both right and left politics (i am much more left of course) so i'm not really into arguing that, it's just that I WISH people would view Trump with a little more scrutiny than face value, he's a professional conman and views everything through the lens of 'what's in this for ME'.
Ask yourself, why does he hide everything?

Have a great day Pipeline.
