Too bad Angus doesn't post here anymore. Did he ever address this? I know that the Sudanese plants look very similar to the Sinai plants.

Yes I'm curious as well I just purchased the seeds .also it's described as maturing mid-August to mid-September.That like semi-auto flower! I don't recall that description ether. I purchased Kumaoni instead that year (with no regrets ) because I wasn't sure nanda devil would mature on time outside.I don't know maybe I'm wrong .Anyhow all is good I'm excited ,Floral, citrus, ‘hashy’ sounds good to me

About the coconut water, how much concentration would I use for germination? Same question for using it on plants. I have a can of it in the fridge, not sure if it is good for this use, as it is a beverage type thing. hehe
Have the Laos 3 and 4 going now. Skinny leaves and typical sativa looks, long internodes. No big buds or chunky anything. No hermies so far. The Laos 2 did have hermies.

Repros from TRSC Waziri did well this year. Ended up with 4 females out of 5 plants started, between 7 and 8.5 feet tall. Rot resistance is quite good; it’s impossible to grow on the SE Massachusetts coast and completely avoid it during our rainy foggy fall season but this strain fights it off better than most. I pushed these four girls to the point where sugar leaf tips were turning brown due to old age and I was just starting to get a few amber trichs show up.
Phenos were similar structurally with spiral flower clusters on airy branches; one of the four produced flowers with purple accents. Bract to leaf ratio in trimmed flower is very good. All have the onion-garlic smell with a gassy edge. For a Central Asian hashplant, this strain smokes very smoothly as flower and it is a great daytime strain that makes me happy and productive with a clear mind.
Will jar a pound or so to cure as flower, and the rest will go into the garage rafters to age until I sieve it on some freezing cold winter night for hash. It ages very well in jars; I still have a couple ounces left from the mom I grew in 2020 and it hasn’t lost much potency.

Sounds supremeThat it's a Himalayan strain with all the usual Himalayan caveats but also that it's awesome and has a unique kick that borders on the mystical and is very special with a lot of character. And don't get me started on the lush body high (and I did say high not stone). Watch out for the red eyes
Since the original seeds of the mother plant of this came from RSC, I'm posting this here in this general RSC thread.
Back in early 2019 the "Mango Thai" Angus had was a repro which he stated clearly. Later in November he got actual original seeds he said were from central northern Laos. I grew those outdoors in 2020 and had two females. These were late flowering but not super long flowering. They went dark purple during flowering. I was also growing a type sourced in Thailand simply called "Giant Thai Stick" next to one of the "Mango Thais".
That Giant Thai Stick got very tall and hermed as it flowered. As it was so tall, I didn't catch the herming right away and the Mango Thai got pollinated a bit as it was early in it's flowering. It didn't have a lot of white stigmas out yet. Most people don't want to bother with seeds from a herm dad as they will have a high percentage of herm offspring but since I'm growing some types that have herm potential anyway, I decided to try the seeds of this union of RSC Mango Thai and Giant Thai Stick.
In 2021 i got just one going and it hermed so nothing came of that. However I started 5 seeds in 2022 and selected two that sexed in a normal way in line with stable types. I gave away the other 3 that didn't sex as normally and those ended up herming. The two I kept remained stable females. Along with other data collected, it appears that if you grow seeds that are known to have herm potential, keep the ones that sex first and in the normal time frame. The ones that take extra weeks to show white stigma will probably be herms. So the two stable plants have done well. I planted them in the ground rather than in pots.
Being two types that are very similar, the combination shows aspects of both but is not very different from either one. These have gone purple in flowering just as the RSC Mango Thais did. One has deep sort of mocha scent and the other a deep dark grape scent. They are nearly ready and could be taken now but with good weather at the moment I'm letting them go a bit more.

Their seeds would be great if you want to select from a wide range of phenos to work towards your own goal. Recently I heard the potcast interview with Dubi from Ace Seeds, and his catalogue is awesome I want to say, but during the interview a few times he mentioned a stellar sounding expression that he did not offer the public due to a perceived drawback. With open pollinated, wild collected seeds you get to make that decision for yourself.
