HIV along with other viruses for one thing does it's damage via RNA."Injecting RNA into a person doesn't do anything to the DNA of a human cell," says Prof Jeffrey Almond of Oxford University.
You have completely gone round the bend due to your hate of the US. Throw away every bottle of peroxide and bandaid you have.
My ex-wife had tuberculosis years ago ('82). In '85 the had her 1st bout with asthma. We were in Ottawa at the time (84-87). Upon our return to NS, the lung specialist stated asthma could be attributed to your former tuberculosis, but I will bet you allergies are what is causing the fits. She got tested and she had about 5 foods to avoid:Haha, I celebrated my 20th Birthday in Angkor wat. My father and his new wife took me out to eat something nice. Alright! What do we have? Lets have the lamb.. mmm I like lamb... A little bit red next to the bone, ahh, I do like that taste.... Woke up 3-4 in the morning with a stomach as big as I would give birth to baby, a BIG BABY! oh lord...... Took me a month to get over that SHIT.. Came home after one and half week, straight to the toilet. My mother went:" You were right, your REALLY are bad." She opened all the doors.... I only ate nuddles with pot after that for some time...
My last post went out the window it looks like... But breastmilk is important and vaginal birth too, lot of bacterias get incolated to the gut too the baby from the mother that way.
We also just get 10-15% of the bacterias we used to get, ofc some bad we should not get anyway, but we have lost many of the good ones. It believe some of the more important health "tips/method" is too get some of them, fermented food. I know I have had a bad stomach for a little time now. Drank a half liter of fermented milk yesterday, and today this shit is good shit.
Hippocrates : Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
I know I have never been ask by the doc of mye diet. Got a light version of asthma, no one have ever ask me of my diet, but still I can control a lot of the asthma with what I eat. Weird or not?
Be active, eat good and stress down is key I believe. Stress is a huge immunity tax. Cortisol, norephedrine, adrenaline is not good to use to much out of.
I know when we were kids we ate all kinds of things and I don't remember even distant family members getting allergic reactions.
These days kids aren't allowed to bring peanut butter, seafood, etc to schools. I suspect there's a time frame early in life when if
exposed to certain things you build a tolerance to it. Whereas a child that is sheltered by overbearing parents never gets that
tolerance and gets major allergic reactions.
Yes I have been watching the allergy issue and don't know what to make of it. Do you think parents are intentionally avoiding those products because of an allergy risk and thus making the problem worse?
In other words the only thing to fear is fear itself.
I see you received the memo Mr TroutI know when we were kids we ate all kinds of things and I don't remember even distant family members getting allergic reactions.

Cronhs definitely does not magically disappear by mowing countries. It is some serious complication to have. I'm sure you have heard of stoma? Our bodies are designed for adaptation and I think our internal chemistry turns nuts if it gets nothing to fight or overcome hence the rise of allergies and auto-imune diseses. If we didn't have weights to carry and stairs to climb we would end up like humans in WALL-E, if we never had such a weak complexion compared to other species we wouldn't even never had the need to grow a big brain. Our imune system works the same, for instance we use fecal bacterias to treat Crohn disease (which also magically dissapears as soon as the ill moves to a country with lower hygiena standards) Exposure to cold also seems to work wonders to stimulate one's imune system, just look at those Siberians and Inuit guys living most of the year standing on ice how unbreakable they seem to be. Or Wim Hof "iceman" the guy who got himself inoculated with E.Colli along with some of his students and none of them showed any symptoms while they should all have been seriously ill
How is modern medicine stripping us of our immunity?
I believe that our personal actions(diet, exercise, sunshine, etc) affect our immunity.

I'm a big believer that young people benefit from spending time "in nature", getting dirty, catching animals etc.
BUT SOMETIMES ... I got pecked in the eye yesterday by a semi-wild bird.
I may not look lucky, but I am VERY FUCKING LUCKY.
This could have gone so much worse.
I think my Guardian Angels are laughing, and saying "you owe me, bro". I think they're gonna go on vacation for 2 years after this.
I think I'll play it safe and go try composting with flesh eating bacteria or something. /sarc
There are statistics that do show increased number of (especially ground) nut allergies, as well as others. It can be overcome in some cases by very slowly increasing exposure, but not always. Unsure why this is happening, but it would be generally connected to what we eat.Yes I have been watching the allergy issue and don't know what to make of it. One big fail about antibiotics was you had to take the entire course or bottle not stop midway once you feel better...how many folks who were prescribed amoxicillin or etc didn't finish the script as directed? There are statistics that do show increased number of (especially ground) nut allergies, as well as others. Also, antibiotic use attributes to this. And it is not just because doctors are describing antibiotics for nearly every issue need the or not, they are used massively in food production. So whatever we eat, unless its homegrown, its pretty likely it contains one, or the other, or more than one type of antibiotic.
Due to this we are exposed to microbes that are evolving much faster than our immune system.
That combined with the change of lifestyle as you mentioned earlier, plus les and les women breastfeeding (since we all want to have nice tits) - eh voila!
Oh yes 100%One big fail about antibiotics was you had to take the entire course or bottle not stop midway once you feel better...how many folks who were prescribed amoxicillin or etc didn't finish the script as directed?
That's what we call danger close
Wtf were you doing to elicit that behavior from abird? Lol inquiring minds wanna know
