My sister recently met someone on Facebook. Went to St. Louis to visit him, and turns out he was more UNattractive then his pictures showed....because he gained weight and was fat (according to my sister)...sorry no offense to any fat people.. :/

Anyways, I agree... you can really get to know people online pretty well. Plus hey, its fun! I like online stuff, but realizing now online is good as a supplment to real life socializing. I guess if you can go on physical dates with your online people thats best too... problem is many people/girls i talk to live far away from me. It wasn't intentional... just I'm moving around alot anyways.

Stickam.com is a pretty unique site. Still sorta understanding it. But I find stickam is a neat way to be social... its almost like real life. Its all webcams... seriously its going to be the next myspace/facebook I think. They have musicians that do live performances on there. There are chatrooms where there will be 20 cams on top, and the normal chat on the bottom... so you can do so much socializing/interacting its crazy.

Last night I went to see a few shows (in real reality)... I came back late at night...high energy/a bit tipsy. Found a fellow friend on stickam who was "live" (meaning, had her cam on)... I joined her room.. and everyone including her was rocking out and dancing to some music. Lol...it was like being in a club. One person on cam was playing the music, being the DJ. He even had his cam so it was showing visuals to the music.

Anyways, you get to know people. Its kinda like its own world. Kinda fun...
