IMHO, staying away from all genetic from Humboldt seeds organization is the first step to achieve a successful grow. HSO have a very shady marketing strategy, have 0 of it's breeding done in California. It is nothing but a giant warehouse somewere in Spain, owned by the giant Pot Sistemak (also owner of Dynafem, and distributing discount bulk seeds in some seedbanks) HSO is far far away from boutique cannabis. Mass production of clone only strains results in poor quality ununiformed offsprings. Stay away!

I guess you're not talking about Humboldt CSI right? What evidence do you have?

We used to have an annual Reggae Fest up here that outgrew itself so quickly within 8 years that it's defunct now strangely enough, that used to be my go-to seed trade bizarre boutique/farmers Market so until awesome hermit type breeders that have been phenotype searching for their own use and their own communities use more than say like a business-based nationwide and user for example I hope that makes sense. Those are the kinds of folks we need to see at these farmers markets letting some of their seeds go and I would say maybe not spend $200 maybe trade a trade would be a lot more worthwhile for someone's hard work I think money denotes and some respects of our life when it comes to a transaction a trade of something you've put an equal amount of work into or is this cherished by you would be a better trade than a monetary number on something

No, exactly not! HSO is different than than Humboldt CSI, and Humboldt seed Co. as well. When I was new at growing I ordered by mistake from HSO. I immediatly wrote to them about my worries and the fact they are using a name and marketing strategy that is wrong. They respond me their genetic was premium, but believe me after growing them it does not worth the time, space and effort to grow HSO.

Cool, yeah I saw that Humboldt Seed Company, that looks like a pretty big company with fancy packaging and stuff. They have a Humboldt Seed Company Europe it says on the "About" page. Humboldt CSI is a small business that is friends with Tom Hill. Pretty basic web page and no credit card use available. I like it. Focused on growing and sourcing good herb seed. :smoke:

The way Tom was talking about Deep Chunk, and how much he used it in prodution, I'd say its a safe bet. Produces well in low light conditions too so that helps weather indoor or outdoor. Deep Chunk is like a cartoon Tom said. Its a special one. Has a small range of flavors and solid true breeding potent resin. Thats all Tom ran for a long time. Low to veg, but good in flower sounds like.

Did you finish any Garlic Rainbow?

Ok thought so, I am just interested in regular seed. Is TK pretty stable or is it not available in regular seed form?

How is Sterling Skunk/ Sterling Green, it looks like a good skunk variety! :smoke:

Sterling Skunk IBL

Sterling Skunk aka Sterling Green. An heirloom Indica line preserved for decades round Sterling Massachusetts. This Indica leans, sometimes heavily, to the ‘Skunky’ side of the spectrum. One of the more stanky lines I’ve grown in recent history and definitely some unique, old school heirloom type of plants.

This generation utilized a combination of 168 male and female plants to preserve the genetics in an open pollination.*

21 Regular Seeds per Pack

*Sterling Skunk is not recommended for indoors as it has been, near exclusively, bred and preserved in outdoor environments and does not exhibit the stability to be grown indoors. Grown outdoors no stability issues were noted.

So much work to do, so little time. Do you think CSI will have these availble in the coming years? Need to focus on working DC with my cultivar this year, then next year 2024 getting
Sterling skunk and PTK involved with the project.

s1 can make for some nice plants but expression/dankness wise they will at best maybe be 80% of the clone only cut, in other words don't get them thinking there is an elite keeper in them, like the chemdawg I grew arguably some of the best performing plants I've ever ran, and I actually liked it a bit better than the dispensary #4, but it wasn't like the real real deal
