just get small wall type ac (~5000 btu). between 100 coins new @ any dept store, to 40-60 pieces of gold off classified ads. seal closet/tent properly. plug in ac and relax. relatively as expensive as fans, vents, etc. either option viable.
high temps no need for alarm or concern. run higher on purpose (78-88*f) - day+night. zero diff. vegetables will acclimate/adapt to whatever is their average 24hr, and weekly temps. actually increases metabolism (growth/fruiting).
if day temps are 80-85, then night temps should be no less than 76, but optimally 80-85 too. zero diff permits plants to have consistency. like humans wanting comfort zone of ~68-78. though some humans live in rain forests, deserts, or high snowy peaks. acclimation is the key.
whatever environment the gardener is able to have, if kept stable, the strongest cultivars will survive and prevail over genetics that are not suited for that environ. eliminate weaker cultivars and continue w/ hardiest.

i did work very hard on this, racked my brain for some time.
it works perfectly, my plants are LOVING this 400w (only grown with one once a year or so ago, and man is this better than CFL's).
