I had put up a huge long post about how I learned how mankind developed his brain power when I was a kid, generating the extra schoolwork to skip half of three grades doing reports on every single facet of natural sciences I could think to write reports on.
It's an actual test question in beginning courses on human evolution.
What is the source of mankind's prodigious leap forward in brain power?
The answer is ''Mankind could crack animal bones open and live on a much higher animal fat content diet."
That's THE official answer in evolutionary biology
to the question, ''how did Neanderthal and Sapiens get such prodigious intelligence?"
The long answer is that they could COOK, TOO - and thus, extract every last VESTIGE of animal fats from the creatures man killed himself, - and VERY importantly, he could drive animals off kills THEY'D made, and were no longer able to consume much more of,
and consume the interior of the bones, the marrow, of THOSE kills, TOO.
Everywhere early man LOOKED, large animals had been killed by wolves, lion, bears, - but these creatures would feed off the animal and leave the un-cracked bones.
Many of these creatures were the size of Bison and Mammoth, Elephant and Rhino.
The evolution of mankind has been overwhelmingly, LIVING - at the very least HEAVILY supplemented - by high quantities of ANIMAL FAT
and animal products. There's the shortened version, of all that bullshoot I spammed first.
