You won't find to much online cause it's kind of a private event. Only what you can find on icmag.
If you want to come and you have no one to vouch for you then i think you have to do a "pre-meeting" with the crew so they know who you are, and then give you the infos about the cup.

amsterdam is quite expensive around these dates.
You can find a cheap bed in a dormitory for like 30e/night or a room for yourself for like 100/night
