Haha Bad ticket,I see you have the same problem as me except I have a dozen or so like that.Tried taping 5 ft bamboo stalks to the outside of the pots and tying them up,sounds easier and better than it works though.This is the firsat time I've evr watered without a tray beneath the pots,I dont dare move them 40 days in.I'm a runoff junkie though so lets say I've got a mess this morning lol

Two fantastic strains,feed the grapefruit a high N fert the first full 3 weeks of 12/12 and you'll have much less leaf loss when they really start to flower.Thats strain shot my canniboid numbers up sky high,even above blockhead which I couldnt believe

GF looks to yield good, did u crop a lot of the lower shoots?
Just sampled some ICE there, it's good man. Pretty stony, gotta give it a nice cure before saying anything more tho. Still semi wet hehe

I cut the shoots from lowest third, some every 2 weeks. Lowest leaves have fallen by themselves. Nitrogen deficiency, rootbound, packed soil, ph off, watering too often/rarely...

My Ice looks good, but it smells bad. My carbon filter usually takes the smells, but this one is too strong. It looks like it's gonna take some time to dry, very wet indica.

Ice smells and tastes like Hungarian crotchrot,hope I didnt offend any hippie gypsies out there lol.It needs a serious slow cure.On the plus side its potency suffices and its density totally rocks,best commercial strain I've seen.A 30 gram bag of ice is half the size of a 30 gram bag of anything else and you can get 3oz. off a 2 1/2-3 ft plant.Rock on francine!I'm dyin to see what these 4 ft plus ice plants are going to yield in a week or so!

Ice is a nute hog,it's a hog period not to be confused with Th seeds hog which can't compare,I have my first possible half p[ounder from an ice pheno.2 teaspoons tiger bloom per gal water is what I used on her after the 3 week stretch.

Plants are heavy and I'm very suprised, never thought they would get this big. 7+ weeks now an going to chop them soon. Ice smells too much, it stinks like I wouldn't have carbon filter at all. Have to chop them before my neighbours smell them too.
I've given them my basic schedule and it seems fine:
1-2 weeks veg: nothing (nutes on soil)
3-4 weeks veg: Onepart TotalGro 1ml/l
First week flowering: TotalGro 2ml/l
2nd week flowering: TotalGro 2ml/l and little of PK 13+14
3rd-5th week flowering: Onepart TotalBloom 3ml/l
6th-7th week flowering: TotalBloom 2ml/l and some PK 13+14
Flush 1,5 weeks
I feed nutes every watering, small flush with pure water between two weeks in flowering. Soil I use is very airy and doesn't suck much water, so I have to water them every second day.
Sometimes I put some BioNova X-cel too, but I don't know if it's any good.
Grapefruit obviously needed veg nutes longer to flowering, started yellowing quite early. Ice has worked well with my system, smell is just awful.

I wont be,not with a good ice pheno.I'm aghast at what I've created this time.Another week or so for me too.Grapefruit and ice are my two taller pheno's blockhead and white widow the two shorter.Ice can take any nutes you through at it and just fart that ice smell a little more,grapefruit can and should take a lot of N for the first full 3 weeks of 12/12,I know what you mean about the yellowing.My room is totally green except for grapefruit.

Smoked some Ice popcorn bud I trimmed 6 days ago. Not very couchlocky, more like narcotic type of feeling. Propably it's because still premature (cut at 6,5 weeks flowering), but it surely has potency already. We'll see.
It's going to be interesting competition which yileds better, 2xIce in 10 l pot or Gf in 18l. Tough one. I've had 65grams in one plant in 18l pot once before, Gf can beat it, if hasn't already. Big buds in thin stems.
Can't wait, I haven't smoked much for awhile.

That is a tough one,because a 30 gram bag of ice is about half the size of a 30g bag of grapefruit,I'm voting on ice to outweigh because of this.The GF are massive,but not dense by any means.Dont get the wrong impression,except for blockhead its my favorite and may be even a little stonier.Its that perfect mix of sat/ind I've rarely run into,I kept the shortest GF pheno of course lol.No perpetual beanstalks please!

Pictures at day 54 of 12/12. Trimmed the most of the leaves, took pictures and cut down. I do proper trim when they're semi-dry. Took a bit early, but they smelled too much. Grapefruit could've gone maybe week more, but trichs are all cloudy, so I might as well harvest it. Ices are about 90% cloudy, but other one showed two bananas yesterday and other one seems like it won't grow anymore, so gonna chop them too.
Enough for talking, some pictures now. Sorry for flash pics, I'll take better when dry. Wonder how much these will weight?

I will do report. I can't wait them to get dry, now I'll have to settle for little scissorhash from yesterdays work.
Ice will propably take long to dry, it's very dense. They looked very different with leaves on, but "naked" they're all the same, hairy and sticky. Hairs on GF are more orange than in Ice.
