Now, 4 of 6 threads in strains comes out having something to do with a KUSH.. I will be glad when something new comes along, and takes over. (Like the Cheese).

The Kush is getting Jinxed. So many people get so dramatic. Greed.

While I am glad I have it, sometimes it feels a bit heavy. Nice people do strange things where it is concerned.

No question - it is seriously killer..... Quite a challenge - it does not grow itself, by any means. Lanky, disease prone, can be slow (up to 65 days), and people expect it to be perfect... The odour is strong, a security risk.

Best way, IMHO: No one should know you have it, or grow it. I am now closed mouth in person.

strange attitude, i think every cannaplant here is accepted and apriciated. but when ppl like beancounter, raco, fjållhøga ect shows their worldclass kush work im not confused its so popular.

no hype, IMO BT. Cheese is excellent. Best taste I know, my everyday - all-around smoke. Had it for 3 years now. The whole area loves it.

I gave up on the KUSH... I wanted to try it real bad at one point. It turns people tho. Id rather find my own from seed then deal with all the ego and drama and deceit.
Someday as stated the bandwagon will move along and Ill get to see her just like the Sour. If this hobby has taught me anything its patience.

The reason people love Kush so much is that if you got the real thing nothing compares... Like the Bubba, best all around high there is. For QUALITY, complexity, and balance of the high you get its just a step above from the Sour, Cheese or anything else I have grown or tried. All the killer medical qualities of a knockout indica but with enough head that you can still do whatever you want without being a zombie. Only knock is that it isn't a big yielder.

I'm still really confused about "real deal" kush. To me, the "real deal" would acutally be a pure, true breeding SEED line. These clones go in the "dawg/diesel" category to me.
Not saying that it isn't fantastic herb, but I really wish that it wasn't called kush.

Well it is good herb, but that's about it. Although when you prefer hash over herb, you start to look at strains differently.

I'd bet that alot of people get higher just because they expect it to be that much better. It goes back to set and setting.

I'd take some head band or purple indica over kush anyday.

When something is good those who grow it and smoke it show their enjoyment from the strain by talking about and growing of said strain. ill keep kush's and their crosses around and as new strains i like more come out ill probly switch them out.

alot of the strains just need more work done and or back crossing.

i personally notice MoSt but not all of the time when an individual is asking or talking about a "hyped" strain they themselves have not smoked or grown it.

i know alot of people on here that arent gonna praise a strain unless they themselves love it and i see alot of respectable people adding it to their garden.

love that real nice kush flavor and high personally as well. Smoke on, Dime

Kush only causes problems online.
In person it bring people together.
But if you think about were it orginated from, it's a very unstable part of the planet in everyway. Also very pretty. But thats pure Hindu Kush.
All the kushes we are talking about are Kush hybrids.
