i just read a book about a Yankees adventures in Mexico. published in 1958, it was "The Pig in the Barber Shop" , and made me want to go there.Having been married into a mexican family for 22 years I couldn't agree more

"saved England" ? nay, maybe the western world in it's entirety. if England had fallen, western Europe might never have gotten free again. without England as a launching point, would the US/Allies even try? it's one thing to invade across the channel, quite another to cross the Atlantic...
