Do you like your sex creepy, racist, and with a side of E. coli? Then happy day! This one’s for you. Disclaimer: Do not read this description while eating. A dirty Sanchez is an act where someone puts their finger into their partner’s ass, then wipes any poop that may transfer onto their finger over that person’s lip, resulting in a poop mustache. While there is a fetish for everything and presumably someone on earth has done this for kicks, sex columnist Dan Savage writes that it (and other gross-out sex acts) is “fiction.” Meaning acts like this are largely invented for humor, porn, and shock value much more than someone’s sexual pleasure.
