I have an un-related situation.
I bought a bag of 100 chewing gum.
Supposed to be Peppermint.
First one I ate was, Some kind of Fruit.
Now I'm afraid to eat the rest of it.
Afraid one of them will be Cyanide flavor or something.
I guess I could always take it one piece of Gum at a time.

here its a bit more personal. most of these people, i have seen giving sane, caring advice to others and shown very complex thinking. Edit: shithawk is one of these.

I had just gotten offa the phone with a friendly acquaintance who moved down here a couple of yrs. ago.
I worked with his late Mother 1974 - 1984 and she had nothing but good things to say about him
I also worked with his late wife 'D' 2010 - 2015 and D was certifiably bat-shit crazy but always spoke of him with nothing but great reverence and respect.
Now 'T' moves down here and hooks up with 'P'. I stayed out of it because P was the jealous type .
Turns out things got so bad that T had to take out a restraining order on P and she turned around and took one out on him. Police were called, it went before a judge with a mediator, etc.
........ and these folks are both in their late 60's!!!!!!
T was so shaken he said he'd never even consider dating ever again and I can't blame him!
This stuff can turn deadly in a heartbeat, be careful!
