Humidity Is Too Low In Flower Room, Help Please!!

MV, are you seeing this problem from multiple strains or plants grown from seed? Otherwise, your problem might be the plant rather than low humidity.

I have had similar problems to varying degrees with 6 strains I have flowered in the same room over many months. Some seem to cope better than others but they all have similar problems....

OK guys. So I have good news and bad news:

The good news is that after installing a hydrofogger my issue with dying leaves is a thing of the past! A big THANK YOU to everyone on this thread who helped me diagnose my low humidity problem. I have been running at 55–70% humidity now and after two months I am seeing NONE of the discolored and dying leaves that I always had before! Special thanks to GNOME for all his good advice.

And now for the bad news :( Hopefully you guys can offer some advice and ideas:

I am still getting leaves curled downward severely that are growing very skinny. I will try to post some pics below. If I get a chance I will take some new pics which will show the problem best. I have tried everything imaginable with my nutrients and have eliminated that from possibilities. At this point I am fairly certain this is related to the air and environment. My canopy temps do not get above 82F and I am running a sealed room enriching CO2 at around 1000ppm. I don't think it is a heat issue but I guess it still could be. My lights are not air cooled but they are at least 2.5 feet away from the canopy. I do not have any exhaust set up so I'm wondering if that could be an issue. I have a santa fe classic dehuey so I did not think an exhaust was necessary.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas what might cause this curling downward and skinny growing leaves???

GNOME - do you exhaust your sealed rooms ever? Do you consider it necessary?

no I don't exhaust the air during a bloom run,
now between harvests I'll pop a few antifungal/bug bombs and let it air for the day.

as for droopy leaves there's a few things that could be the culprit.
excessive nitrogen can give ya the *claw*
btw is it all the leaves?
over watering and/or compacted soil not getting enuff O2.

if your using a Co2 burner? is it burning with a nice blue flame.

edited: I see the pics of the claw now... man that's more like a u-turn instead of a claw!
Ive had my rooms envir. just a humming... firing on all cylinders with all my plants leaves in *praying* mode
BUT
occasionally have a strain that just didn't want to join the party.
this happened last spring,
here's a pic of her.

I am still trying to get educated and this question I hope is in the best thread.
So if you have air exchange every 3-5 mins in a 10 x 10 room how can an AC cool that air if it's exchanged that fast. Same goes if you use a dehumidifier.
All input in greatly appreciated.

Good question. You need a high ceiling-mine's 12 feet. Hot air goes out the top, cool air comes in lower down. You won't need a dehumidifier, more likely a fogger.
