Be careful and lay low because their site isn't secure. But keep in mind that hackers look for sites they can compromise without regard for the content. This looks like a hacker that just wants to show off. If the popo hacked it then they wouldn't mess with anything on the website to give away that it's compromised. They'd just capture info and their order app is https anyway. Paranoia is good but understand that common sense should be exercised.
