HOW TO , RENTAL GROWS ( without living there )

cash is king i had three rentals the biggest had 6 thous in it i live in a rich community where every room has tv and we watse power like no other

And how you justify that no one realy lives in those houses ?
A neighbor can tell if you sleep home or not , if you are bringing
in and out funny stuff and all this.The landlord will ask you what do you
need such a big place just for your self

You just need the illusion that someone is there. Keep the house maintenance up and run house lights on timers. Most people are so caught up in themselves they won't notice if you aren't there all the time.

I prefer renting properties that are managed by a company rather than a private owner. They are usually much better about following the landlord/renter privacy rules. You don't need some busy-body landlord that thinks they're doing you a favor by stopping by all the time to check on things.

As far as telling them what you do: give them a friends phone # and get them to say they have been working for you for x years for x $ a month. I've never had anyone ask for paystubs. Vandelay industries anyone hahaha

Its a good idea to start small and work up. You'll learn as you go along.

As long as you got an attached garage your neighbors would never know if youre home or not.My neighbor lives alone in a 3 bedroom w/an attached garage.He works at home,and I dont see him come or go that much.And he doesnt seem suspious.Got another neighbor who owns a home across the street from me old rich guy.He only uses the house to cheat on his wife.His wife dont even know about the house.He's only there maybe a couple of times a week.Dont seem suspious at all.at least not to me. just find a spot with a garage,create a story and stick to it.simple as that.What u do is your biznes. Until you put others in it.Just dont do anything stupid and everything will be fine.Me personally I would only grow in a house,I own and live in.But theres people who pull off nice size apt grows,which is way outside my comfort zone,so anything is possible.just be safe,careful,and get growing.

everything about everyone.

look what are you just now saying , you know that your neighbor lives alone in a 3 bed home and works home , you know that the other guy cheating his wife .....
you know about your neighbors and THEY DID NOT look suspicious to you.
If they look suspicious you will be watching them closely until yu find out what
is going on.I am not like this and i don't care about my neighbors but most people
is curious .

I am still searching adds and looking places , i found places near the sea 30 to 50 miles
from the town but neighbors exists there too.
Maybe the best solution is an appartment in a multiapartment building where you can have some anonymity ... at least for 5 - 6 grows and then you are moving out again.
Or an office.


It is true that asking Americans to solve problems in Europe is tricky.

I read an article about school teachers using a residential house as a grow op. They visited the house two or three times a week and that's how they got caught. People care more about the neighborhood that they live in or the apartment that they live in. I think generally in warehouse/office space, your neighbors could care less how often you visit the property.

It comes down to chance, you could be unlucky and have a really nosy neighbor.

im in Europe...

for 3K setup just rent anthing you want as long as there is no noise and smell dont worry about it...

you may have inspections every 3 months for the first 6 months but if you grow SOG quick turn around and in Tents its and easy quick fix put up take down ect... Secret Jardin DR300 is what you want 10ft x 10ft.... 3Kw is not enough IMO but you roll wih what you want

blank the neighbours completely always where sunglasses and if you ever see them show out with a wave at most look away go inside or get in your car and shut the door end of!!!

i dont grow in the summer anyway to much bullshit heat and need some down time for holidays ect anyway so i would move in somewhere september and look to be out of there and in the next place by july..

Pay cash 6 months up front tell them that you work as a renewable energy engineer that specilises in Carbon....that has you working all sort of hours some late some early your away a lot researching ect tell them this when your first enquiring and if you miss calls from them ect use this as an excuse... get it in there heads from the get go... just some bullshit that they cant really question you about

Make sure you buy a cheap throw away phone and just leave it in the property that your using... pay the house Tax up front in full a one off for the year get someone else to do it if you can or when you pay it where a hat and sunglasses

pay your bills on time ring up with meter readings dont forget silly things like tv license or anything thats gonna get people knocking at your door for moneys...

get all you equipment in boxes and mediums foods in suitcases rent a big Van/truck or Lorry and move it all in in one go as if you moved in.... beats going to and from the hydro store with bits and bobs taking risks getting the gear in or getting followed by the rippers from the shop lol

Blumats, drip clean and coco are your friend the rest is up to you...

is how i would do it and have done it in the past i have my own place now..

maybe it will work this way but it is way more risky , after 9/11 if you are suspicious enough
to the 70 year old ladie next door and to the neighbors they will invade in your home without
asking alot of questions

People invest a lot of time, energy and cost into buying rental properties. Why don't you invest the same and get your own house you can trash?

I own property here in BC. I grow in my own properties or ones in which the landlord knows and has been greased.

If I busted you growing in my house,, I would take your gear, weed and most of the blood out of your body. I would then find out how much damage you had done and come back every 3 months to collect more money, gear, weed and blood from you. This would go on for a long time.

Destroying peoples hard earned money is pathetic.

It's always nice to have the other sides perspective, huh?

And we are not talking for a commercial grow , we are not going to throw 20-30 or even 10
thousand watts in there it is a small grow with 4*600 to treat me and my friends and
i am not going to destroy anyones property cause it is not my style.

In Europe most of the houses are made from concrete and small or even larger
grows not affecting the property , but we rent cause our wifes throw the grows out of our houses cuase they are illegal.
Yes i will agree with you , for someone that want to grow commercially
his best option is to buy a house and make it safe too.

As you can see your post is pointless at least in my case.
But as an advise , take care cause i think that you are very agressive
and maybe someone someday may take all your blood out you body if you push him enough ,

when going to the hydro store make sure everything is in bags, drive into your garage , and avoid flood tabels! there just to dam big, unless you can fit the whole thing in your car/truck..... stay away from them! oh and dont drive directly to your grow house from the hydro store! make a few stops first then go down a one way street to single out cars that may be following you! if you guys think that last rule is doing to much.... true story, I use to drive like someone was following me all the time, the one time i get lazy and think, "what the hey, know bodies following me....." turns out a buddy of mines skiped bail! and so parol task force were following all associates connected to him tlong story short, they got me! The task force dude says, "how did you know we were following you all those other times?" Fucked up part is i didn't know!

Vag over here we get inspections every 3 months for the first 6 months and in my previous grows it is spotlessly clean... i live with tents in my own home im not a tramp the only damage there is is a hole cut in the celling for hot air out this is rectified with a professional plasterer and you could not tell i was growing weed in one of your properties other than seeing it with your own eyes...

people filling a building to the brim and abusing it is BS but thats life make sure you know who your renting to i do!!! and as long as there clean and tidy and wreck the home i dont give a fuck what they do!!!
