With regards to purple buds, yeah id say thats more genetic, especially when all purple up and green leaves like that. Hid or Led? Flushed?

That's good news, 'cause LED's still have issues. I'll stick with HPS since I've neeeeever been a fan of purple cannabis. lol 
On the other hand the heat generally vaporize terps. Everyone grow with what they want but sounds a bit copey... Led purple are in the leaf not really the bud. Usually you can get inprovements on both buds and your grow system by adding some leds to you hps; best both worlds.That's good news, 'cause LED's still have issues. lol I assure you there are no 'heat vaporizing terps' issues in my HPS tent. Warmed, yes. Over 70F at any time? Not if I can help it. heh

Have you measured your leaf temps? Though at 70 you should prolly be fine.lol I assure you there are no 'heat vaporizing terps' issues in my HPS tent.
