How to determine whether outlets are on the same circuit?

I agree with the "must control the box" crew. You cannot grow weed indoors without the ability to control the electricity. You're plants are gonna have issues you won't be able to fix in the apporpriate amount of time. Tell your landlord you have a computer or something and you need to access it if you throw a breaker. OR blow the breaker ON PURPOSE several times before you put grow equip in and make him get tired of fixing it, showing him you have nothing in your apt. then after he gives you access to the panel, then you add your gear and plants. and never bother him about it again.
