As soon as the leaders follow these rules, using planes /suv/limos etc maybe
YES! this IS a big part of the publics perception, and i agree. but then, you said THIS...
now that the politicians own the mines in china/india etc
and blew it. OUR politicians do not "own" those mines. and much of what is going into the batteries made here is mined here. new technologies emerging nearly faster than they can be appraised. step out of the dark, into the light, and educate yourself. for your own sake, and the rest of us as well...

It's very easy to make semi auto to full auto and yes with some models all that is required is a file . It's just a simple stop/extrusion that keeps the next round from firing . Remove the stop mechanism with a file it will shot automatically
Not since the conversion in manufacturing of most newer receivers of more pertinent weapons, made to even disallow the insertion of full auto bolt carriers and trigger groups.

Pre-later-1990's AKS, early AKM, ARs, KG99s, Open Bolt MAC10 Semi-Autos, etc., were more amenable to conversions, which is why those firearms (even well used) bring a much higher price on resale markets than their newer counterparts.

It's also why SARCO, et al, no longer sell unfettered full auto parts 'replacement' kits, and why you can no longer find the steel templates and videos that once instructed re. proper selective-fire conversions with drills and proper parts kits, rather than the simple 'fishing line conversions' that used to suffice for those who merely wanted full-auto with no selective-fire, with simple receivers such as those in the M1 carbines.

In short, I think you're mostly referring to a by-gone era.

They are still dead by guns !
i'm just trying to show you the bigger picture:
More guns = more gun deaths

You seem to just want to harness this tragic problem to perpetuate the usual culture wars right/left urban/rural .. and whilst you continue to do that people will continue to get shot and killed.
guns are a tool that most use responsibly, and a few abuse. just like cars. most folks try to drive safely and get where they are going. some don't. let us compare the number of deaths in auto accidents & criminal use/accidental shootings. i don't CARE if people need cars. cars equal car wrecks/car deaths...now, lets talk about air pollution from all of those millions of cars, too...

they talk a lot of shit in Congress. you wouldn't know a fact if it bit you on the balls...assuming that you HAVE any balls. Congress talks about LOTS of shit that is not real, trying to solve problems that don't exist. grow the fuck up...did you see the other day when a GOP member wanted to pass a law requiring food made from aborted babies had to be labeled? fucking idiots...

Did any of this involve Marjorie Taylor Greene and the Jewish space lasers or the lizzard people?

I liked Kermit the Frog, though. I did. Wasn't that fond of Ms. Piggy, however. Lip stick reminded me of Sarah Palin and Tammy Fay. Does that make me a misogynist?

Dont worry as soon as demand overcomes supply the parts will magically appear , people are not as dumb as u think , people all over the country have the resources to complete the task of processing replacement parts . Everyone should have learned by know once something is outlawed in the usa the homegrown black market will provide. They could take every gun in the states and every basement machinist would be rich making black market guns .

Not to mention most instructional videos for such processes back then were on VHS tape. Who has a working VHS recorder/player these days??!! Or viable VHS tapes, for that matter??!!

really? maybe not 'exactly' but i there is a lot of info out there about how they have undermined climate change arguments etc in their own interests.
I thought that was an article I recently read. I'll look for it and post it. ExxonMobil I think? Their scientist accurately predicted much of their negative impact 30 years ago.
