Another option: I'm using a std. 11x22 nursery tray with tall dome. I put a 1/4" plastic grate in the bottom, and I keep water with some 3% peroxide so it won't go funky, about half way up the grate. This keeps condensation on the dome so I don't have to mist it. The cups with drain holes are above water line. Later on, I just let the water dry up as they approach transplant. Or use a turkey baster syringe.
Also, why a scissor cut? Why not get everything going in your favor that you can? Why not do a normal 45[FONT="]˚[/FONT] razor cut under water? Then dip in hormone. Good luck. -granger
