It comes down to using basic ethics. Im not in the money making business here, so easy to say for me.
Support the breeders/collectors, kick em coin for their work before making your own seeds. Give credit where credit is due, always. Dont make f2s and sell em as your own. Cross amd stabilize, or select many generations or whatever, just put the work in, if money is the aim.
Im always in favor of reproducing heavily, i make a shitload of seeds with everything i collect, it keeps the lineage going for the future. I feel its the responsible thing to do, especially with rarer lines.
But if you going to make money, earn it respectfully. I dont think breeders have pure rights to a strain, but moreso rights to their work of a line, dont shit on their work.
