Lowe the thermostat to 65F-70F also you really should have a bigger fan becuase you want an exhuast fan that will exhuast all the hot air and replace with cool air 3 times every minute.You have a 540 cubic foot room so you need atleast 800cfm at the least but first see if you can turn the thermostat down to 65-70F and see where that gets you,if it ends up being to expensice just get a larger fan or a second fan of the same size and make.

his temps outside are already in the upper 70's and 80's...... he's using ac, if he were to lower his thermo it would cost a pretty penny.....


is there a window in the room.... if so you could buy a window unit that's only going to cost around 100, maybe even cheaper, walmart had some for 60-70 last year they were around 5500btu.....


edit... if your sucking the air out of the house the your wasting electricity through the AC being on... you should vent the light through a hole pulling air from outside.... like the window, now is your window visable to the public, if there is a window....

you can use insulated ducts so that there wont be much heat exchange into the growroom...

I would personally vent the cool tube into the attic, basically create a loop there so it's not connected to the rest of ventilation system. for your size that's not a big enough fan, paradixically you'd probably have an easier time cooling if your area was smaller, the air would move faster and it wouldn't have time to diffuse the heat that builds up. without pics it's hard to see what things can be improved, any chance you can get some pics of the room?
