Hello, Still nothing to report, I've sent SB 4-5 e-mails with no response. No customs letter or anything.
Its been 3 full weeks since they "shipped" the package.

^^^^^^^^ ALL emails, through Friday, have been answered. When exactly did you send these 4 or 5 emails? Emails sent over the weekends are held in queue until SB staff returns to answer them at the beginning of the week on Mondays.

Hello Dutchgrow, Thanks for responding!

I sent one e-mail (from the website) on Monday Oct 30th. Tried to open a trouble ticket the same day and another e-mail asking if the trouble ticket system is working?

Sent a third e-mail on Wednesday Nov 1st asking if there was anyway of tracking.

Then earlier today I sent the last one asking once more only because it’s been 3 weeks now in transit.

I did send an e-mail the week of Oct 23rd sometime but I deleted the auto response because I figured I was asking too early.

No worries – won’t ask anymore.

DG, excuse me plz, for askin it again...
Is it possible to you to send packages by registered mail, let it cost lil more but i guess it will solve this problems and should save your time on answering to load of emails. I know, in this case your customers will need to show some ID when getting it in the post office, but let it be own choice.
There is some sellers who offers this and it seems like it works pretty good, but i love SB service and will love it even more if it would be more great. :)
peace.

smarx....that's Gypsy's policy, you would have to ask him. There are reasons why it's not a good idea, ever.

Thanks!

Thank you for an answer DG..it is some security reasons as i understand..ahh..but how good it would be, to have an ability to track it on its way.
I just thought that it is not big difference to send it registered or not, but not about "changing whole business system" as unicon added.
