the police, and government will tell you it is not, and it wont hold up in any state level court. cops are the biggest fucking pig liars. The problem is cops dont get convicted even if there is video. THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS FASCIST and creates slaves. It serves the fascist banking plutocracy that rules the country and the earth.
Hence why people like Eddy Lepp get a decade behind bars for a plant and Well Fargo, Wachovia, and bank of America get caught laundering billions for drug cartels MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR, and receive no punishment.
Recently that cop in Oakland shot that kid in the head at point blank range in a B.A.R.T. station. He was in front of 300 people and on camera. Still no murder charge.
Then There was this thing with that Dorner guy. They just set him on fire on live t.v. and radio, to keep him silent, and they still deny it.

to me this is another case of tyranny in america,the police are nothing but code enforcemnt with guns,their oath is to the municipal government or the body coperate known as DC.now i know people are going to say "corperations!" the problem is its not in the traditional sense of the word its reffering to a political body that has been in existance in the sense that all political bodies are corperations including the queens court since the revolution.do we need a such a corperate body, sure to keep people accountable to "We The People" and uphold the puplic trust.
except this current constitution belongs to the DC corperation wich requires no religious test with authority under god,and the original that george washington swore a oath too,does and was conducted in a masonic chapple in new york or back then it was new amsterdam,and he chartered the country.so to some i think this bears lots more questions about the masons,are they good or bad since there is now a maine lodge in DC as well.i have no way to answer what one is the benign or if one(DC) is simply a illusion of authority.but the result is our current sytem of laws and i use that term loosley, we have to understand them in order to protect ourselves otherwise we are just slaves and we will continue to suffer.
i would love to please all the PC people who are going to freak out over this (authority under god issue) but i can only offer the evidence i found that conforms to a truth.i persist in finding truths and i think many would let off alot of steam if they started making sense of all this for themselves,although im still learning myself, theres many layers to this onion once you think you have the whole story a new part develops.
to me receiving your pay from agents of foreign principal like the IMF and FED banks,may biased the police or judges.also the BAR associations headquartered in the city of london.
im not sure that one could receive a fair trial or hearing in court with the public servants financial intrests laying specificly with those entities.

Not true. It is illegal to take film or pictures to be used for the assistance of terrorists. So following pigs around, maybe to their homes, filming the layout of police stations etc, these are illegal. Filming plod asleep in his panda car on the high street or beating the shit out of some protester, or filming your encounter with them is not.

Not long ago I was nearly nicked for refusing to give my details at an anti workfare demo. You are only obliged(unless in very specific circumstances related to terrorism) to give your details for the purposes of the copper reporting you for an offence. If nobody has fingered you for an offence, and the flatfoot hasn't seen you commit an offence, you do not have to give your details. You do have to submit to a search, but you do not have to give your details to any random woodentop who decides to fuck with you to pass the time. Of course most people don't know this and the filth will try to bluff even those who do.

Exactly my point. I dont think he DESERVED any of it. That wasnt what i meant at all. But i also dont believe he was fully compliant. I sure as fuck wouldnt have been. Its real easy to let yourself get lippy with cops, but often its backfires. I always have bad interactions with police, but it could have gone way better than i allowed every single time
