Well that's a relief..... :joint:
I posted it earlier and I'll say it again
"Miracle-gro soil mix sucks ass...."

Lol - I'm with you hallucinogen - mag.def - pfffft - have to be the most overdiagnosed and incorrect problem ever to hit the boards..... :joint:
Soon as I hear that I just kind of zone out....
Hard to know how many dead plants are directly attributable to that diagnosis because the real problem remained untreated...
No use treating a fever if you don't do anything about the gangrene in the toe causing the fever...
Epsom salts - good if you're a bit constipated - it's real use - or even as a foot massage and that's about it...
NO substitute for a good cannabis-specific nute regime..... :joint:

Lol Junit - ANYTHING would be better than that Miracle-gro shit
Your plants - even tho you say they are slow - are still looking pretty good
I used to grow in soil but I don't any more - nor will I ever return to it....unless it's outside of course.....:biglaugh:

Dont worry about spelling ... I dont! lol They look ok... im sure i can do much better this next time around... they are only slow because I try to rush them ........ I think... I just would have expected the pistills to be turning now. they are just barely starting....

i still think they may have been a little short on mag and they defintaely needed water. you could try to get a cheap shop vac and suck the drain water out of the drain pans. it works great...

looking good junit!

Junit - The plants look much better! Congrats!! However, I can almost guarantee you that your problem was PH related. It was a systemic condition that started lower on the plant which means that it a root uptake issue. Since over half of the nutrient deficiencies I have seen over the last year and a half are from PH being to high or low. I would DEFINITELY invest in a PH pen to test the water/nutes when feeding and I would certainly check the PH of any that comes out of the bottom of your pots. There WILL be a difference. Your PH should be between 6.2-6.5 going in and no less than 5.8 or so coming out of the bottom. If you're in this range ALL the necessary nutrients will be available to the plant and the general health and vigor of your plants will be much better as a result. Just a note for your future grows.

Thank you Rellikbuz..... I did Test the PH and i thought it was a little low.... I was under the impression the limestone would adjust it in the right direction... It was with the stupid dropper method ... I read it the besti coul with the Dirty water...... perhaps it was the limestone that helped stop the yellowing....

Another thing about this is... Its only the fan leaves on the stem and branches that would yellow and die off... The wave of Yellow would pass branches by.... SUnleaves and buds unaffected.... I dont know if thats expected of a PH problem.. but just a heads up if anyone can add to the theory on why this happened.

thanks ... all of you are great.

Well the way I see it that all sounds right..... :joint:
The fan leaves are the engine room for the branch development and feeds the growth of the buds and smaller associated leaves....
It stands to reason that the fan leaves would be the first affected..... :joint:
If left untreated no doubt the damage would progress....

I didnt see this thread until now and I realize that I'm having the same problem as you are. All the old bottom leaves are on my plant started to just wilt and the yellowing is starting to travel up. How did you treat it?
