I have gigs upon gigs of underground hip hop that is all excellent!!!!
These people saying hip hop has gotten worse...well they must be talkin about the mainstream, which I do not listen to. Most mainstream RAP is CRAP.
I love real HIP HOP.....then again I grew up with the likes of:
Fat Boys
Run DMC
Roxanne Shante
Whodini
Sugar Hill Gang
Grandmaster Flash
Soulsonic Force
KRS-1

and once again I will say yes mainstream rap has gotten worse but NOT hip hop.
Hell I even like Canadian hip hop like anything on Peanuts and Corn, home of Mcenroe.
Anyone heard of Mcenroe from Canada? good shit!

I dunno. I used to like them, maybe 5 years ago. one of the earlier groups i got into. i liked aquemini. they still have some stuff i will listen to on a rare occaision, but i dont like any of their newer stuff.

I like dp. I picked up RBG a couple years go. its an alright album, but all the beats sound the same to me. . I like Lets Get Free much better.
