Yea man everything good. :wave: Just keeping a low profile... Things got a little hecktic for a moment. anyway things back on track and all my litttle soldiers are doing fine.. photos coming in next few days

yes me lion's!! the grow is coming on well now after a few teeting problems.
they all seem to be grtowing really well. going to post some more pics tomorrow. have just started to give them some nutes.(biobizz).
so will be interested to see there progress over the next few days. :wave:

had a little problem with yellowing leaves but i reakon ive got through it!!

Thought better of it in the end.. took a trip to see sativa3000 sorted for bio bizz :woohoo: So i must say a massive shout out and nuff respect to all from the L.G.A!! without your help i would be trully stumped and i am learning from you guys daily so big up them chest's me Lions!! :wave:

They all looked sorry for them selves yesterday some had started to droop, but this morning was a different matter! they had all perked up...

hello everyone,
thought I would post some of my experience I have on the sexing issue. Nothing is clear on this matter since cannabis is the only plant in nature to show its sex visibly on two seperate plants and no research is beeing performed on this plant because it is still illegal. So unfortunately no I do not have all the right scientific answers but I will not put aside a very good theory that I have heard confirmed three times now already.

Yes I believe the sex is predetermined in a seed but can be changed through the environmental factors while growing the plant through vegg.
Similarly, crocodile eggs will change sex according to environmental temperatures and a 1 degree change can mean the difference between male and female.

Dutch Passion have put some research into this matter and they have discovered that female rates can be increased/decreased by altering the temperature, humidity, light spectrum used and the stress expereinced by plants.

Just before OG was shut down, the talk of wind influencing female rates was a big topic and two ppl showed that plants nearer to intake holes or plants that had more wind blown on them had turned male. Could be coincidence but too much coincidence for my liking.

One other thing. We know feminised seeds need optimal conditions to turn out female. Not optimal conditions will give you hermies. There you have some small proof alredy that environmental factors can have an influence on sex.

Now on one of my very early grows I was stressing out some feminised seeds as much as you can possibly imagine. Low and drastically varying temps, no nutes, wrong ph, stagnant air. The outcome: pure males. Not hermies, not females but males.

Now I just want to let you in on another experience of mine. I don't know what this means exactly but it definetely did happen to me. I know it definetely happened because it cost me a strain. Unfortunately I know hardly anyone is going to believe me, I don't think I would even believe me if I read this but this is what happened..
It was an unknown strain that grew very nice and yielded damn good. I took 2 cuttings off it like I usually do and the cuttings ended up beeing males?!?
I was gutted

Well the time has come for them to be conditioned for the great outdoors!
I have placed them all in a mini greenhouse on a secluded roof top. :joint:

Going to post some pics of them in there over next few days...
Hope they will be ok over the next few nights, i have checked the weather in my area and it is not going to drop below 8 degrees celcius in the night so that should be ok for them! :wave:
