I have 2 week old seedlings in rapid root blocks. Do I plant them in coco and just water around plant for a bit,or soak coco and plant the seedlings. Thanks.

You gotta water to the point that the whole substrate is moist. Roots don't like dry pockets, so it's important to have it all damp.
The rest is up to you.
You could water till there's drain, but you don't have to. Just be prepared to water sooner..

I prefer a half watering to begin with and could swear the roots grow faster because of that.
I'd also recommend to use some mycorrhizae every now and then, that gives you a massive boost for your root zone

With unbuffered coco and leds (if this be your case) it usually helpfull to to do the first watering with a fair bit of extra nutes. Id try up potting to something smallish and water till run off. My 2cts

Use lots of calmag due to coco characteristics and dont put too much water, otherwise your roots will be unhappy. Maybe bit of h2o2 helps for extra O in the Root Zone, good luck
