i picked the sssdh out of some fgens my friend and i made a few years ago. i think the original seeds were from CSG's first release of sssdh. we used the last few beans in the pack and did a little multi-partner thing with 2 males and 3 females iirc.
we had just lost our cut of SLH so i was feenin for a haze. picked the haziest lookin gal and she turned out great!
still got a few of those seeds in the vault
oo! plus i got 5 rez SSSDH as freebies from the 'bay recently! psyched about that.

Good job taking care of the mites bro. I recently got through a harvest, after discovering mites at week 3, out of 10. I got through it with spraying lavender flower water every 3 days for 7 weeks. Summer grows are hard enough without mite, add mites an, well I'm just glad is almost September.

Around these parts his stock is still all over the place. The folks round here don't even know what went down with the whole thing. And he was taken down here. Kids winning awards with his stock, I told them about it. Blank expression, ha yeah.

Yo heady, for the sake of documentation those sssdh were from late 2011 or early 2012. So I'm pretty sure they are not from the original seed drop. We played with them in 2013.... Seems like ages ago.

my bad then folks. the original sssdh pack was from an OJD '11/'12 release. the fgens were made in '13.
btw if you think CTOG is pretty give sherman some props for his keen selection and passion for great OG kush.
the lost SLH cut i'm always grieving over was sherman's too.
not only that, but he schooled me on solventless hash. a true hash master. best IWE and dry sift i've ever had the pleasure of smoking.
taught me about rosin back in 2012 when we made it by taking a hot pyrex and smearing a chunk of bubble across it.
he's also been my biggest influence on ROLS, LOS, and no-till outside the web. real smart with a healthy amount of skepticism. grows some killer veggies too.
actually the other day i stumbled across a pic of that 2012 rosin, now i finally have a reason to post it!
i can't help thinking about how much these used to go for every time i pick up the pack. that shit was crazy.

but, if i get rez's seeds for free, is the bad karma neurtralized?

i was remembering incorrectly.
the pack the fgens were made from was purchased in '11/'12.
i kept it mild. heavy fragrance always overwhelms me. plus it's easy to add more but i can't take it out once it's in there!
it's mostly a pleasant beeswax smell, with the coconut under that. then you get a little tickle from the lavender, arnica, and chamomile. they ended up being pretty well balanced, so one doesn't really stand out over the others. the smell of the three is half way between medicinal and floral.
kinda turned out perfect tbh. makes me think it's gonna work before i even put it on.
turns out that's actually really helpful when i'm having intense back pain. chronic pain becomes really tied up in emotion so i get really anxious and weird when it spikes. it becomes confusing if it's because of the pain of if it's contributing to the pain. the aroma of the lotion kinda takes that panic down a couple notches instantly and that helps the spasms calm down.

thanks LV! ya i balked when i saw the pricetag on the chamomile essential oil! $45 an oz! yikes! i ended up with chamomile oil, which is the essential oil mixed with a jojoba carrier. obviously it was less concentrated, but i could afford a bottle for maybe $12 and it was more than enough to make this test batch.
hey if there's enough interest and the lotion continues to get good feedback from my testers, i'll do a tutorial on here for everyone.
this is the first formulation of many. this is the aches and pain lotion, but i plan to make a healing ointment, an under eye serum, a lip balm, a heel balm, and a face cream.
any other ideas or requests?

No one cares about that around here. Or at least most don't. And as far as myself personally, my brother has a husband. And my brother was my best friend for most of my twenties. He just lives in CO now. I just moved back not long ago, and some friends are gone. Just trying to make new ones. And a fellow icmag, organic soil, solventless maker sounds like maybe a good one to me. Not really looking to occupy any major time, just have a session.
