I had a coon or coons get into the attic. It tore a piece of wood from the vent out and was using the attic as an inside outhouse. I didnt know until one morning I woke to a stream of coon piss running down my wall at the window. Hot smelly coon piss all over the place! I patched the hole and cleaned everything.

Then they started to just use the roof as a shitter and even got into the chimney. I capped it but they ripped the cap off once already. I trapped a few and relocated them. But when I went out to the trash a few times I have seen up to 12 of them ganged up running around trying to get into trouble in the dark. I think if I relocate a few more that others will just move in and take over right where the others left off.

I am considering making a hat out of one of them to set an example.

I just saw this post. I had a coon get into my woodworking shop attic and use it as an outhouse too. I blocked its entrance and it tore it open again. I leave a small radio on 24/7 now and the coon never came back. BTW @LostTribe I'm south of Albany.

thanks. its been a bit different from last year. i staggered my start and really dragged out the seedling/planting phase unfortunately. as you can see the older stuff is on the left and the younger stuff is on the right.... still trying to get it all figured out. its a lot of work. this field is like crossfit cannabis. i leave filthy and exhausted!
