Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones.
On 2 June 1989, aged 52, Wyman married 18-year-old Mandy Smith whom he had been dating since she was 13 and he was 47 years old. According to Smith, their relationship was sexually consummated when she was 14 years old. Their relationship was the subject of considerable media attention. The marriage ended in spring 1991, although the divorce was not finalised until 1993.

Even if Jared does the whole 13 years, which I doubt because he paid of his victims,

He will still do less time than some female teachers who just abused one victim.

Oh no doubt, the plea agreement was signed, sealed and delivered before it was let out to the public. For him to be as cooperative and public about it you know he got a sweet deal. I'm less convinced he paid off anyone but rather he paid for some of them. What I've read so far all says he got at least two of his "victims" from some "escort" type service. Not that them being hookers makes it any more legal but it does make it somewhat different as far as culpability.

Pretty much everyone on TV when I was a kid has been arrested as a kiddy fiddler. It seems to have been endemic as well as widely known and covered up by the TV companies.
We do the "fiddler or not" game - we now believe all of them were :)

Im disgusted to admit its the same for me

Can't find the link,
I think it's on CNN

I read he paid 14 victims 100 grand a piece so 1.4 million total. I suspect that's why he's not doing 30-45 years with such a high victim count.

Ah I see what you're talking about but it's part of the deal not something he did out of the kindness of his heart in hopes that would get him a good deal.

Fogle agreed to serve at least five years in prison and pay $100,000 to each of his 14 victims.

What's not clear to me is are some of those 14 the ones who were just photographed or did he have sex with all 14? I read a story that indicated two were essentially prostitutes.

Two of the victims, prosecutors said, were 16 when Fogle committed sex crimes against them. Fogle admitted to those charges and has agreed to plead guilty. But why wasn’t he charged with rape?

In many states, if a 37-year-old man victimizes a 16-year-old girl, it would be considered rape.

According to federal documents, Fogle admitted to engaging in the criminal activity in two swanky New York hotels: the Ritz Carlton and the Plaza. According to the federal documents, the girls were victims of criminal sex trafficking through a Web site that carries ads for “erotic services.”

All the more reasons to legalize sex (prostitution)

Protecting women from trafficking

I hear that when men in China are in gambling debts they send their wives to america to prostitute themselves. In China, from what I hear, prostitution is legal but pornography isn't.
