That being said, it appears that when it comes to Bill Cosby's guilt, where there is smoke, there may be fire.

That being said, after it came out, many comedians reported that this was an open secret within the comedy community .

That being said,

Is anyone aware of other public figures who have or continue to do horrible things, that are well known about in their community?

I don't want this thread to be a place to slander stars, but Cosby can't be the only lovable, trust worthy public figure with a dark side that is known about by their peers.


Please share what you know about the others.
It doesn't have to just be stars, but people in your own life that have a public face, and a private dark side.

tbh when you consider how complicit most institutions are with eg. child molestation and similar immoral acts, house of lords, pentagon child porn, superbowl + child sex workers, phil spector giant wooden owl on and on whatever

.....even though i consider cosby overtly subversive, eg. his advocacies of correct behaviour as essentially divisiveness and intolerance.... ....the thing is, when a celeb gets outed for some gross immoral action, i often wonder if in fact they have done the opposite, developed a backbone or something, and are being destroyed for it.

it's not like i need to decide. all that shit is just shit in teh hell. do something with life instead of receive information.

It's a shame we don't have much proof/evidence on the private lies...er I mean lives of politicians. Those are some devious, twisted , mofo's Judging by the ones that did get caught in recent years (The Republican caught trying to pick up dates in the Men's bathroom and The Democrat caught sexting naked pics of himself to women) I bet there are at least a half dozen really juicy scandals that haven't been uncovered because they're better at hiding things.
