"Database Engineer" doesn't exist either. lol. We have database administrators, developers, designers (this is probably what you mean), architects, and even data modelers, but no "database engineers". Sorry. You're inventing this shit just like your invented climate data.
I've been in this industry for 26 years and have never once hired a "Database Engineer" let alone a "Database Troubleshooting Engineer" That sounds soooo ridiculous. In 2001 I was the "Director of Strategic & Emerging Technologies" for a major Canadian bank (there are only 6 in Canada) and a VP used to joke "The guy with the invented title gets fired first.", and "Database Troubleshooting Engineer" is an invented title.
