I tried to give you the benefit of doubt, however its obvious you're an ignoramus asshole. No point conversing with fools like you whatsoever.

The fools are the ones who believe every unexpected death is from the vaccine. Weren’t you the one who posted an article about Snoop’s brother dying suddenly? I read your article and it didn’t even mention if he was vaccinated or not.

Did you hear about this guy? Got his booster 2 days earlier. Nobody saw it coming. Fuckin vaccines!

Where I live they fired people and took their living over the choice. I can understand if it stopped transmission but since it doesn't what was gained?
The Jabs did not stop transmission, did not prevent illness, and did not protect one dying from cv.

My good friend of many years works in an ER.

He's well aware that vaccinated patients are faring far better when they fall ill with COVID.

Many members here are in love with a club.

They believe that medicine and science are to be feared.

I guess I could listen to your unfounded, unproven assertions, or I could listen to the small group of Docs with years of experience I'm currently seeing.

Let me think about that...

OK, I'm done now.

I think I'll listen to my Docs, .... and my daughter, who's a charge nurse, has worked ERs in 3 states as an RN, and isn't very political.

Looks like you won’t be thinking for yourself and that’s typical normie behavior. A gutless, ignorant and obedient follower.
Your future social credit score is going to be way higher than mine. That’s for damn sure!

If you had any idea how many assumptions you've made in that brief insulting half-paragraph, then you'd know how embarrassed you ought to be, assuming you're capable of such..

I do plenty of reading; mostly from accredited health journals which have the integrity to retract studies that are found to be faulty.

I'll repeat a question I've asked here plenty of times.

The tabloid conspiracy sites you harvest your pap from, how many of them have you seen retract a study or article they parroted?

Because if they don't, their science is either that perfect, or their dishonesty leads them to pretend such retractions aren't a matter of typical research and evolving science.

My wager's on the latter.

And yes, I follow the insights of my healthcare team who have decades of medical school between them, as well as reputable medical journals, versus the paranoid conspiracy theory nonsense that's been found over and over again to, on a good day, present bits and pieces out of context, and who have the "everyone who wants a dollar is out to get me" mentality of paranoid delusions.

I figure my choices are better informed and a little less mentally unstable. And I have ample reasons to believe that.

Next set of knee-jerk, unfounded insults you'd like to levy from your computer keyboard?

Do you believe that's necessarily other peoples' experiences with COVID, Doober?

And which variant did this occur with, since there are some marked differences between the sub-variants?

Oh people had it way worse than me, they had millions of ventilators
Relieved to read your post in that matter, Doober.

There are many more ego-centric folks in these threads who seem to believe, often implicitly, that their experience is necessarily everyone else's experience.

And they often fail to be capable of seeing the inherent fallacy in their questionable reasoning.

Hope all's well in Mass.

We've been in a bit of a heat wave here for days now, soon to depart, but supposed to be above freezing again today. We were up well above +40 f, near +45 f. and +46 f for a few days for highs.

Back down to lows near -20 f. early next week, about the time I fly to Los Anchorage for another visit to assess what appears to be another tumor.

Tomorrow one of my larger freighter snowmobiles goes into town for preparations for another annual trip to the bush, into the Wrangell-St. Elias Range, coming up in a bit over a month. Hoping my spine and other maladies leave me be long enough to catch a couple more lake trout and burbot, and sit by a few more fires, while eating some more good homemade chow.

It's going okay in Massachusetts I think we have that warm 40° weather coming that you had the other day...that should be here in a few days, we're getting up to like 60 I think.
Good luck on getting the snowmobile all set up buddy 👍 I hope you get to enjoy your fishing

"There are many more ego-centric folks in these threads who seem to believe, often implicitly, that their experience is necessarily everyone else's experience." The same can be said for people who had no adverse reactions claiming it's safe for everyone. My wife works as a psw and got 2 injections in order to keep her job and had a shingles breakout after each one starting at the injection site. The first time the doctor said coincidence the second time he said don't take another so It can be different for some.

I think most of us are aware that -some- people had adverse reactions. That was why they had everyone sit for 15" to 30" post-vax, to see if folks would be OK.

The difference lies in the portrayal, which often includes the folks who use inflated stats from the conspiracy sites that would have me looking to see which half of my vaxxed neighbors died from the jab, versus those who read the accredited journals and research and understand the factual percentages that exist in reality re. reactions.

I had a flu-like feeling following the 3 full-dose jabs I received, which lasted less than a day, which I understand to be my immune system reacting to the vax.

From the boosters, of which I believe I've had 5, I had no sensory changes, other than a sore arm each time.

Do I believe this is the same for all recipients? No. But I also know this was more common for -most- recipients.

The vaccine that kicked my ass for several days was the Shingrix vax for shingles, but my wife has had shingles, and I wanted no part in it, so before my trip to Oz, I went in and got 100% of every vaccine they would give me (pre-COVID), which is where I found out that the Yellow Fever vax is only rarely given these days, and only in specific travel or other circumstances, due to the side-effects of the vaccine.

The health profession saw fit to weigh the benefits of the Yellow/Dengue Fever vax, with the side-effects, and saw fit to curb the administration of that vaccine. The same groups of folks who now regulate the COVID vaccines.

Granted, one might argue the profitability of new patents on meds versus older patents is a decisive factor, but it's the same groups of people who are vending these decisions.
